摘要： PURPOSE:To always carry out a self-check, by applying the output signal supplied from an upper intelligence unit to plural redundant output devices and then reading out the check output of each output device to select an output device. CONSTITUTION:The same data is given to output devices 6 and 7 from an upper intelligence unit 11 via a communication line 2. These data are compared 65 and 75 with the output data of data bases 61 and 71 after held at the bases 61 and 71 and underwent D/A conversions 62 and 72 as well as A/D conversions 64 and 74 respectively. Then a rereading check is given to those data, and the check output is sent to the bases 61 and 71. Thus the reading is possible through the unit 11. The unit 11 transmits a selection signal and selects an output device 6, for example, after closing a switch 63. Then a switch 73 is opened to transmit an analog output to the load 54 from the D/A converting circuit 62. In such a way, all redundant circuits can always received a self-check in a simple way.

摘要： PURPOSE:To insert a sleeve in a tube correctly, by arranging a plurality of rods in the axial direction of the tube, and contacting the outer surface of the sleeve with said rods. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of rods 7 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the inside of a tube 1 in the axial direction at an equal interval. When the sleeve 4 is inserted, the rods 7 are contacted with the outer surface of the sleeve 4. A hermetically closed space is formed between the inner surface of the tube 1 and the outer surface of the sleeve 4. The space 5 is filled with a liquid insulating material 6, which is in turn heated and hardened. Finally, a lining 12 is lined.In this constitution, accidents such as breakdown caused by the contact of the tip of the sleeve 4 and an exciting coil 3 can be prevented. Based on the reinforcing action by the rods 7, the thickness of the sleeve 4 can be made thin.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simply obtain a recording image with high ressolving power, by a method wherein heat meltable and adherent toner is uniformly applied onto a belt to be brought into contact with recording paper and the contact part is heated corresponding to an image signal by a thermal head. CONSTITUTION:Negatively chargeable toner 3 having heat meltable and adhesible property is supplied to an endless belt 2 charged with positive charge and running to the direction of an arrow (b) from a toner supply part 4 and almost uniformly adsorbed by and applied to the all surface thereof by electrostatic force. In the next step, recording paper 1 delivered to the direction of an arrow (a) is brought into contact with the endless belt 2 while the thermal head of a thermal head array 7 is heated by a drive signal corresponding to an image signal to melt the toner 3 on the endless belt 2 and the melted toner 3 is transferred and adhered onto the recording paper 1 to form a recording image. In addition, the unadhered toner is recovered in a cleaning part 6 to be reutilized.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent staining caused by the flight of an ink, by a method wherein the part of the solid ink is heated and melted according to a recording signal and emitted a ink droplets to reduce the clogging of a nozzle or the change in characteristics of the ink. CONSTITUTION:A thermal head 30 having an insulating bass plate 31 mounted with a heat generating resistor 32 formed thereto is attached to one end of a cylindrical insulating transparent case 20 having a conductive solid ink 10 showing a solid phase state at a room temp. accommodated therein and heated and driven by the application of a recording signal to bring the part of the ink 10 to a molten phase state under heating due to the resistor 32 while a capacitor 110 is charged by a power source 90. In the next step, a change-over switch 100 is changed over to apply high voltage between electrodes 50, 60 through a spring 40 and the ink 10 in the liquid phase state is emitted toward recording paper 30 as ink droplets through the passing orifice of the electrode 60.
