摘要： PURPOSE:To enable reliable insulation and fixation of a core and exciting coil by means of a small quantity of an insulating material, by a method wherein a fluid insulating material is adhered and cured to an inner wall surface of a case and surfaces of a core and an exciting coil while the case is turned at a low speed. CONSTITUTION:A fluid insulating material 11 is implanted in a direction of an inner wall surface of a case 1 from the inner side of the case 1. The material is heated over the rotation of the case 1 at an appropriate low speed centering around a tube axis to cure the implanted insulating material 11. In which case, with the rotation of the case 1, the implanted insulating material 11 is totally adhered to the exposed surfaces of the inner wall surface of the case 1, a core 2, an exciting coil 3, a keep plate 8, a bolt 9, and a nut 10, and is penetrated to between said componants and the strands of the exciting coil 3 for curing thereat. The employment of said method permits saving of an insulating material and enables lightening of a total weight.

摘要： PURPOSE:To insert a sleeve in a tube correctly, by arranging a plurality of rods in the axial direction of the tube, and contacting the outer surface of the sleeve with said rods. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of rods 7 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the inside of a tube 1 in the axial direction at an equal interval. When the sleeve 4 is inserted, the rods 7 are contacted with the outer surface of the sleeve 4. A hermetically closed space is formed between the inner surface of the tube 1 and the outer surface of the sleeve 4. The space 5 is filled with a liquid insulating material 6, which is in turn heated and hardened. Finally, a lining 12 is lined.In this constitution, accidents such as breakdown caused by the contact of the tip of the sleeve 4 and an exciting coil 3 can be prevented. Based on the reinforcing action by the rods 7, the thickness of the sleeve 4 can be made thin.
