摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce length of a washing device itself to a minimum limit by using a turn table as a conveyer for intermittently conveying two or more pallets positioning a lead frame. CONSTITUTION:A lead frame R is intermittently carried in a pallet 10 by an in-carrying device 2, and each pallet 10, positioning the lead frame R, is conveyed intermittently rotating with a mutual space between each pallet serving as the rotating unit by a turn table (conveyer) 12. This pallet 10, while it stops staying, washes removing a burr between the upper and bottom of the lead frame R by superhigh pressure water, injected from washing devices 4, 6, while performs dewatering and drying of residual wash water, adhering to upper and bottom surfaces in the lead frame, by an air blow device 8. The lead frame R, thus processed being washed, is intermittently carried out from the pallet 10 on the turn table 12 by an out-carrying device 3.

摘要： PURPOSE:To save the consumption quantity of a fluid to be sprayed and the power cost for driving a feed pump by automatically spraying the fluid and stopping the spraying by changing the pressure of the fluid to be sprayed in a nozzle. CONSTITUTION:When a fluid for spraying, pressurized to a desired spraying pressure, is supplied to a liquid inflowing port 1, it enters a gathering port 20 through a pressurizing chamber 10 to press the stepped surface 17 of a piston 4 and the frontened 3a surface of a poppet 3. The whole body of a piston valve 5 is then moved to the port 1 side against a pressing force of the piston 4 of a spring mechanism 8 to separate the front end surface 3a from a seat ring 22, and the inlet of a liquid spraying port 2 is released to spray the liquid to a body to be sprayed. When the supply of liquid is stopped or the liquid is supplied by making its pressure lower than a desired spraying pressure, the valve 5 is moved to the port 2 side by the pressing force of mechanism 8. The spraying of the fluid is stopped by press attaching the front end 3 surface 3a to the ring 22 and closing the inlet of spraying port 2.
