    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing resin molded product capable of manufacturing a resin molded product having a high quality and a high yield, improving productivity and securing a cutting surface proper for connection with other parts by removing or reducing a residual stress generated again on the cut surface when manufacturing a product by cutting the annealed resin molded product.
      SOLUTION: After a cutting process on a prescribed cutting part of the annealed thermoplastic resin molded product, in order to reduce the residual stress on the cut surface generated by the cutting, a process of subjecting the cut surface of the resin molded product to resin coating treatment by means of application of resin is disposed. When the molding such as extrusion molding and injection molding that utilizes a property of plastic deformation of a thermoplastic resin is performed and the product is manufactured by cutting a molding member molded by the molding and, further, even when the residual stress caused by the cutting is generated on the cutting part, according to a process of subjecting the cut surface of the resin molded product to the resin coating treatment by means of application of resin for reducing the residual stress, the resin molded product which does not cause cracking and torsion and has high quality and high yield can be manufactured and, with a simple treatment process, the productivity can be improved and the cut surface proper for connection with the other parts can be secured.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post erection method by an anchor bolt, and an anchor bolt bender conveniently used for the method dispensing with impairing the strength of a floor slab and a weir wall of reinforced concrete and the mounting strength of a post because an anchor bolt insertion hole can be bored avoiding a reinforcement even when the reinforcement exists directly under an anchor bolt insertion part.
      SOLUTION: The post erection method is carried out by boring the insertion hole of the anchor bolt of the post in the floor slab of reinforced concrete or in the weir wall provided at the floor slab, inserting the anchor bolt mounted beforehand to the post, into the insertion hole, and sticking it with a curable adhesive to erect the post. The insertion hole is bored obliquely to avoid the reinforcement in the floor slab or weir wall, and the anchor bolt is bent in the almost same inclined direction as the insertion hole by buckling at a base end directly under the post. The inclined anchor bolt is inserted into the insertion hole. The anchor bolt bender is provided for this method.

      SOLUTION: In the mesh or planar screen winding device, a substrate having a peripheral wall and an opening in a front surface, and a base plate superposed on an upper or lower side of the same, are fixed to an upper edge of a storage frame, and a central gear having a central shaft thereof rotatable in one body, is axially supported in a space between the substrate and the base plate. The central gear is a composite gear consisting of a large gear and a ratchet gear. Further the space has installed therein a coiled compressive spring which axially supports a driving small-diameter sub-gear in mesh with the large gear of the central gear, and the rocking lever with the claw, engageable with the ratchet gear, and energizes the rocking lever so as to engage with the ratchet gear. Further the substrate has formed therein a storage chamber in which the compressive spring is directly storable, and a proximal end of the rocking lever has formed therein a pressing button exposed to the opening.
