摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing resin molded product capable of manufacturing a resin molded product having a high quality and a high yield, improving productivity and securing a cutting surface proper for connection with other parts by removing or reducing a residual stress generated again on the cut surface when manufacturing a product by cutting the annealed resin molded product.
SOLUTION: After a cutting process on a prescribed cutting part of the annealed thermoplastic resin molded product, in order to reduce the residual stress on the cut surface generated by the cutting, a process of subjecting the cut surface of the resin molded product to resin coating treatment by means of application of resin is disposed. When the molding such as extrusion molding and injection molding that utilizes a property of plastic deformation of a thermoplastic resin is performed and the product is manufactured by cutting a molding member molded by the molding and, further, even when the residual stress caused by the cutting is generated on the cutting part, according to a process of subjecting the cut surface of the resin molded product to the resin coating treatment by means of application of resin for reducing the residual stress, the resin molded product which does not cause cracking and torsion and has high quality and high yield can be manufactured and, with a simple treatment process, the productivity can be improved and the cut surface proper for connection with the other parts can be secured.
