    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting circuit that can stably and efficiently light an LED lamp whichever of an electronic transformer, a commercial frequency transformer power supply and a DC power supply may be connected to a power circuit.SOLUTION: If a self-exciting electronic transformer is used in a power circuit, a supplied high frequency AC voltage is full-wave-rectified by a rectification circuit 11, and with increasing input voltage, a current flows through an AC starting amplification circuit 24 first and then a current flows through an AC current compensation circuit 25. As the input voltage rises further, a current flows through an LED driver 20. The current flow through the lighting circuit over the entire output voltage avoids stopping or destabilizing the operation of the self-exciting electronic transformer. If a low frequency power supply such as a DC power supply or a commercial frequency transformer power supply is connected, an AC amplification circuit 23 and the AC current compensation circuit 25 admit no current flow to provide improved power efficiency.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent motion sickness caused by being shaken in a right and left direction at a pass and the like in an automobile, by considering the fact that human being is structurally weak to turning in a lateral direction and easily suffers from motion sickness.
SOLUTION: In order to change centrifugal force in a lateral direction to a front direction, a direction of a head is turned in a turning in advance, thereby suppressing the right and left centrifugal force to a head portion. A method rotating a seat from underneath a hip portion, a method rotating the seat from a waist portion, and a method rotating the head portion from a neck portion are available. By changing the direction of the head in the turning direction of the vehicle in advance, lateral centrifugal force applied to the head portion is minimized.

    • PURPOSE: The titled carcinostatic substance having high affinity for CEA-forming cancer, showing no affinity for normal cells at all, consisting of a reaction product of an anti-human CEA monoclonal antibody and neocarzinostatin.
CONSTITUTION: A chemical reaction product of an anti-human CEA monoclonal antibody (e.g., anti-human colon cancer monoclonal antibody) and neocarzinostatin (NCS for short). NCS is a compound wherein a chromophore having about 700 molecular weight is bonded to an acidic protein having about 10,700 molecular weight consisting of 109 amino acid, shows strong carcinostatic action, but has side effect to have actions on normal cell simultaneously. Bonding of the monoclonal antibody having selective affinity for CEA-forming cancer to it provides the selective carcinostatic substance having high selectivity only for cancerous cells, longer durability in blood than NCS, and lower toxicity. Colon cancer, stomach cancer, etc. may be cited as the human CEA-forming cancer.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be able to make dimming brightness of an LED lamp and to light an LED lamp stably even if a phase control type dimmer with a triac is used as a power supply circuit.
SOLUTION: In an LED lighting circuit, full wave rectification of AC voltage supplied from the power supply circuit is carried out by a rectifying circuit 5. In a region where an input power voltage is low and a current does not flow in the LED 4, a constant current flows in a bypass circuit 6. In a region where an input voltage is high and a current flows in the LED 4, a current control circuit 8 detects the current flowing in the LED 4 and reduces the current flowing in the bypass circuit 6 to enable to improve power supply efficiency. And, since a filter circuit 7 absorbs a pulse voltage and makes it smooth even if the pulse voltage is superposed on the input voltage, the LED 4 does not suffer from discontinuous lighting. Namely, actuation of the phase control type dimmer does not become unstable even if the phase control type dimmer with a triac is used as the power supply circuit because the current in the lighting circuit 3 flows over a whole range of the output.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of remarkably reducing the wear rate of a sign object indicating a lane and a road side, which eliminates a need of repainting work for new painting, reduces an amount of use of synthetic resin paint, and cuts a continuously increasing construction cost for a traffic sign. SOLUTION: A traffic sign object is constructed as a traffic sign paving layer 12 having a depth equal to that of an asphalt paving surface layer portion 13. The traffic sign object paving layer 12 which is a portion different from the concrete and asphalt paving surface layer portion 13 is constructed as an independent sign object paving layer using a traffic sign paving material made by mixing a coarse aggregate and a fine aggregate used for road paving with highly viscous modified paint. The sign object paving layer is, therefore, not integral with a road surface when road improvement paving work is executed, so that the sign object paving layer is not peeled off together with the road surface as in a conventional case. This eliminates a need of sign repainting work, reduces an amount of use of a synthetic resin paint, and thus brings an extra advantageous effect of eliminating a need of paving work on the outside of an unworn road side.

SOLUTION: The information of the blind spot portion is provided by using reflections of two mirrors (a pillar mirror 1 and a sub-mirror 2). The sub-mirror is provided with an angle near 90° to a mirror face for securing visibility as wide as possible, or it is provided in a portion not affected by a steering wheel or the like obstructing the visibility. The pillar mirror is installed in the pillar portion or a door portion, and is provides visibility obstructed by the pillar and the door portion to a driver by reflection from the sub mirror.
