    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for decomposing dioxin in an exhaust gas discharged from specific facilities such as an incinerator; and a portable apparatus used for the same.SOLUTION: A method for decomposing dioxin in an exhaust gas has: a gas absorbing step of causing a coolant to absorb the exhaust gas containing dioxin; and a decomposing step of decomposing the dioxin in the absorbed liquid by causing the absorbed liquid to circulate in a catalyst-filled device and irradiating the absorbed liquid with a microwave. The decomposing apparatus includes a gas absorbing device 10 for absorbing the dioxin in the exhaust gas; and a decomposing device 20 for decomposing the dioxin absorbed by the gas absorbing device. The gas absorbing device includes an absorbing tank for reserving an exhaust gas absorbing solvent, and a liquid cooler for cooling the absorbing solvent. The decomposing apparatus includes the catalyst-filled device for decomposing the dioxin absorbed by the absorbing solvent, the microwave processing device and the liquid circulation system.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor drain funnel which can prevent drain water flowing backward in a drain pipe from overflowing into a room.SOLUTION: A recess 1 is provided with a casing 2, and the upper end of a drain pipe 6 is fitted and fixed to a through hole 2b in the bottom 2a of the casing 2. The bottom 2a of the casing 2 is provided with a shut-off member 8 which shuts off the inside of the recess 1 from the inside of the drain pipe 6. The shut-off member 8 is formed with a communication hole 8a which communicates the inside of the drain pipe 6 with the inside of the casing 2. The shut-off member 8 is provided with a support member 12. A float 14 is supported by the support member 12 so as to be movable upward and unmovable downward. When drain water flows backward in the drain pipe 6, the float 14 is raised by the drain water to be seated on a valve seat 8b formed in the lower end of the communication hole 8a, thereby closing the communication hole 8a.
