    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable composition for forming an optical film or sheet, which has excellent heat resistance and flexibility and is easily handled, and to provide an optical film or sheet obtained from the composition.SOLUTION: The composition comprises the following compositions (A) to (C), by 30 to 95 wt.% of the (A) component and 5 to 70 wt.% of the (B) component on a basis of the total amount of the (A) component and the (B) component, and by 0.1 to 15 parts by weight of the (C) component with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total of the (A) component and the (B) component. The components are: (A) an urethane (meth)acrylate which is a reaction product of (a) a polyol having no aromatic group and having a number average molecular weight of less than 500, (b) an organic polyisocyanate showing no yellowing, and (c) a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate; (B) a compound having a (meth)acryloyl group except for the (A) component; and (C) a mercaptan compound.
