    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a float for supporting a wall net from degradation with time and prevent damage of its appearance.SOLUTION: The float cover includes a cylindrical member 1 made of a reinforced plastic material and produced by a filament winding method, and lids 2 to close the longitudinal end parts of the cylindrical member 1. The float for supporting a wall net is produced by placing a floating member 3 in the cylindrical member 1 and closing both longitudinal ends with the lids 2. Since the floating member 3 is used in a state covered with the float cover, discoloration, degradation and staining of the material of the floating member 3 with time are suppressed and the beautiful appearance is maintained. The reinforced plastic material produced by filament winding method has rigid texture, is resistant to deterioration by solar light and water relative to an expanded resin and other light resin such as foamed polystyrene used as a material for the floating member 3, and is resistant to staining of the surface. It is economical because the float cover is continuously usable simply by exchanging the floating member 3.

When the remaining cloth 21 on the stock roll 20 comes to an end, a thermal bonding sheet 30 is stuck to the trailing edge 21b of the wound-up cloth 21 of the stock roll 20 and also stuck to the leading edge 21a of the cloth 21 of another stock roll 20. The thermal bonding sheet 30-stuck portions are heated and pressurized to bond both edges of the cloths 21 to each other through the thermal bonding sheet 30.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive pipe coupling structure made of FRPM(fiber reinforced plastics). SOLUTION: Peripheral surfaces of end portions of pipes P opposed to each other are cut. A collar 11 is fitted and attached to a small diameter portion of a pipe P through packing 12 so as to constitute a socket 13. The collar 11 and the pipes P have the same outer diameter to implement smooth driving. An insertion hole 14 of another pipe P is inserted into the socket 13 through packing 15, an end face of the insertion hole 14 is allowed to abut to an end face of the socket 13 through a cushion material 19. The abutting face is against driving force. In the case of the insertion of the small diameter portions (the insertion hole 14 or the like) of the pipes P, a folded projection 17 is easily folded in the insertion direction to allow the insertion and to sufficiently function as a seal. A semicircular sectional projection 20 differs from the folded projection 17 in that the projection 20 is not inclined but crushed to bend. Accordingly, the collar 11 and the small diameter portions of the pipes P are easily kept being on the same axis. The collar 11 and the pipes P are not susceptible to axial displacement, so that straight-line stability of the collar 11 and the pipes P is kept.
