    • PURPOSE:To correct a suction position after an IC element is sucked by arranging a positioning means, centripetally, concentrated and separated along with vertical movement of a sucking pipe, along the periphery of the tip part of a suction pipe to suck the IC element to its tip. CONSTITUTION:A suction pipe 18 rises together with an elevating cylinder 8 and a coupling cylinder 15, and rising is stopped through contact of an upper end 8B of the elevating cylinder 8 with an outer cylinder 3. However a pipe shaft 11 continues its rising and a rotation cylinder 5 is rotated through the passage of a lock pin 13, elevated togetherwith the pipe shaft 11, through a bent part 6c of a bent slot 6 from below. Press pieces 25 are simultaneously moved in a centripetal direction, and an IC element being in an eccentric state and displaced in a direction is corrected. After a centering finger is moved to a desired position, by bringing the interior of the suction pipe 18 into a normal pressure state after the suction pipe 18 is lowered, the IC element is placed in correct attitude in a correct position.

    • PURPOSE:To improve machining accuracy by preventing inaccuracy of machining, by sensing a position on an axial line of a master spindle of a tool by use of a positioning lever and a sensor and numerically controlling the tool after accurately indexing a machining start reference position. CONSTITUTION:A tool B mounted on a driving unit A may have an inaccurate relative vertical position with respect to the driving unit A due to its dimensional error, a dimensional error at an engaging position 3 or the like when the tool B is mounted or wear etc. To solve the problem, there are provided a positioning lever 14 which abuts against an upper end of a master spindle 39 for holding a tap 45 and vertically moves together with it and a sensor 17 for sensing that it is at a machining start position in an axial direction. After an automatic tapping machine starts, the reference position sensor 17 senses the upper end of the lowering positioning lever 14 and the automatic tapping machine is numerically controlled when a rotation reference position sensor 9 senses a projecting portion 8a of a positioning plate 8.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to quickly select a tool required for use out of various kinds of loaded tools, by rotating a spindle head utilizing a motor- driven cam-drive mechanism. CONSTITUTION:As a geared motor starts rotation, a cam axis 24 rotates, the clutch axis 15 is pushed back firstly by the first cam follower 33, and the clutch 12 is cut off. Then, a spindle head 7 is raised by the third cam follower 42, and the coupling 3 is cut off. Thereafter, the spindle head 7 is rotated coupled with each spindle 11 by the second cam follower 40. Then, the spindle head 7 is lowered by the third cam follower 42 and is connected with the coupling 3. Following this, the clutch 12 is connected there to by the first cam follower 33, a spindle adjacent to a spindle 11' is faced forward and connected with the clutch shaft 15. With repetition of these operations, a required tool is quickly selected out of loaded tools.

    • PURPOSE:To enable easy measurement of unbalance at a high accuracy without damage to differential gears, by bringing a drive disc driven to rotate in friction contact with one of right and left wheels while the wheels are rotated with the engine. CONSTITUTION:An onboard balancer 24 drives a truncated pyramid drive disc 4 with a motor carried. A signal voltage detected with a pickup 3 which is attached to a measuring stand 23 to left wheels 2 is inputted into a microcomputer 8 through an amplification circuit 5, a waveform shaping filter 6, A/D converter 7 and zero-cross detection circuit 18 and the detection signals of sensors 9 and 9 for detection of rotation is inputted thereinto 8 through a waveform shaping circuit 10. Moreover, a drive disc 4 is brought into friction contact with one of vehicle wheels 1a and 1b while the wheels are rotated with the engine 21. Thus, the difference in the rotational speed between the vehicle wheels 1a and 1b in the rotation with the engine 21 and the drive disc 4 to keep the revolutions almost equal between the right and left wheels to determine the amount of unbalance and circumferential position of the vehicle wheels 1a and 1b.
