    • PURPOSE:To provide a captioned mixer of superb mixing efficiency and generating little heat by constituting with a cylindrical mixing container equipped with a projecting turning blade on the inner circumference face of outer wall or in the bore and a revolving circular motion mechanism revolving said container around a circular track. CONSTITUTION:A projecting turning blade 2 of adequate shape is provided in an adequate direction on the inner circumference face of an outer wall of a cylindrical mixing container 1 or on a bore section, and a powder fluid 10 to be mixed is put in. Then, by revolving (gyroscopic motion) the container 1 with a revolving radius r in the horizontal surface, said power fluid 10 to be mixed is also revolved in a motion equal to gyroscopic motion and moved being pressed to the inner face wall by centrifugal force. At that time, the action of larger effect generated by said gyroscopic motion is larger to a particle of the powder fluid 10 to be mixed closer to the outer wall circumference face of the container 1. Because of said action, the closer the particle is to the core of shaft, the easier the transfer of particle can be done to generate a flow motion to the same direction of revolution. At the same time, by overriding the turning blade 2 formed on the wall, a plurality of kind of powder fluid 10 to be mixed are mixed at a high speed and uniformly.

    • PURPOSE:To crush and mix powder and particle materials in a short time and produce a functional compound particle when a regular mixing state is reached without any adverse thermal effect upon the materials. CONSTITUTION:A rotary tank 1 which constitutes a crushing mixing chamber 4 having an inner wall with a deformed cross section such as elliptical at an axial center position and is horizontally installed in a freely rotatable manner, is driven to rotate in a constant direction by a rotating motor of the rotary tank in such a way that the rotary speed is comparatively low and adjustable. In addition, a crushing mixing blade 10 is internally inserted across the entire length of the crushing mixing chamber 4, and is axially installed at the same axial position so that the rotating shaft of the blade 10 is different from the rotary tank 1. Further, the crushing mixing blade 10 has a deformed cross section whose longitudinal diametral part is shorter than the short diametral part of the crushing mixing chamber 4. The crushing mixing blade 10 is driven to rotate normally or reversely and also at any adjustable rotary speed by a crushing mixing blade rotating motor. Thus the blade 10 crushes and mixes a material to be crushed and mixed (a) fed in the crushing mixing chamber 4 by a relative rotating motion between the rotary tank 1 and the crushing mixing blade 10. This action enables coating, granulation or dispersion to be performed.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify an operation of adding another powder particle substance and a liquid and also to prevent sticking of powder particle substances on the inner wall of a can body by a construction wherein a mixing vane is provided pivotally on the surface of the inner wall and fluid and powder feed-in pipes, a high-pressure gas supply pipe and an exhaust communication pipe connected to an external vacuum device are provided in the internal part of a can main body, while an circular-arc-shaped air nozzle is formed in an outer peripheral lateral wall. CONSTITUTION:A feed-communication tube 16 is inserted through a rotary tube shaft 5 of a can body 1 with a shaft sealing mechanism 15 interposed, and moreover a powder feed pipe 12 communicating with a powder feed nozzle 11, an exhaust pipe 18 provided with an air filter 17 in the inner end, a liquid feed pipe 20 provided with a spray nozzle 19 for adding a liquid in the inner end and an air supply pipe 25 communicating with an air nozzle 23 for preventing sticking are inserted therethrough airtightly, while a mixing vane is provided airtightly in a part of the inner wall surface of the can body 1. After a powder particle substance to be mixed is charged in the can body, according to this constitution, an airtight lid 13 is closed and rotation is conducted. Then the content is 'pressed' and 'scattered' repeatedly onto the wall surface, mixing is facilitated thereby together with the mixing vane, and the air nozzle 23 blows off and remove the powder particle substance sticking on the inner wall of the can body 1.
