摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify an operation of adding another powder particle substance and a liquid and also to prevent sticking of powder particle substances on the inner wall of a can body by a construction wherein a mixing vane is provided pivotally on the surface of the inner wall and fluid and powder feed-in pipes, a high-pressure gas supply pipe and an exhaust communication pipe connected to an external vacuum device are provided in the internal part of a can main body, while an circular-arc-shaped air nozzle is formed in an outer peripheral lateral wall. CONSTITUTION:A feed-communication tube 16 is inserted through a rotary tube shaft 5 of a can body 1 with a shaft sealing mechanism 15 interposed, and moreover a powder feed pipe 12 communicating with a powder feed nozzle 11, an exhaust pipe 18 provided with an air filter 17 in the inner end, a liquid feed pipe 20 provided with a spray nozzle 19 for adding a liquid in the inner end and an air supply pipe 25 communicating with an air nozzle 23 for preventing sticking are inserted therethrough airtightly, while a mixing vane is provided airtightly in a part of the inner wall surface of the can body 1. After a powder particle substance to be mixed is charged in the can body, according to this constitution, an airtight lid 13 is closed and rotation is conducted. Then the content is 'pressed' and 'scattered' repeatedly onto the wall surface, mixing is facilitated thereby together with the mixing vane, and the air nozzle 23 blows off and remove the powder particle substance sticking on the inner wall of the can body 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer for powder-grane which maintains high airtightness and has good mixing efficiency. SOLUTION: A mixing container main body 1 is horizontally installed rotatably by a rotary shaft 5 (rotary axis core RL) which crosses a central shaft CL and constitutes raw material charging port 7 and discharge opening 9 which are equipped with airtight lids 8, 10 for charging or discharging powder- grane to be mixed at least at the one end. At least two or more mixing blades 11R, 11L are projected from the right and left inner walls of the mixing container main body 1 so that the positions of the surfaces are different and are projected in parallel to the central shaft CL and the rotary axis core RL of the mixing container main body 1 to extend inner end fringes 14 which are opposing each other not to overlap each other in the central axis CL direction. The rotary shaft 5 is driven to rotate at a prescribed rotational speed by a motor 6.
