    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb a movement in an axial direction so as to maintain an initial connection state by laying a bolt stick over the vertical piece of a double- L type plate and elastically fixing an elastic member to the bolt stick protruded outward more than the vertical piece of one L type plate. SOLUTION: A bolt stick 10 is laid over the vertical piece 7b of an L type plate 7 in the outside of a receiving port 4 and the vertical piece 7b of an L type plate 7 in the outside of an inserting port 3. One end of protruded outward more than the vertical piece 7b, an elastic member 11 is fitted in its protruded stick part, a nut 13 is engaged with one end of the bolt stick 10 protruded from the elastic member via a washer 12 and thereby pulling-out is prevented. Thus, when a force of a direction for moving both cooperative grooves A and A' is applied to the connection part of the electric wire grooves A and A', the elastic member 11 is compressed and if its load is released, both cooperative grooves A and A' are relatively moved in an axial direction by the elastic force of the elastic member 11 and returned to an original state.

    • PURPOSE:To make the working time shorter without stopping a pipe manufacturing machine by making a manufactured pipe receiving roller unit into a pipe manufacturing carriage type and mounting it on rails on a main body frame and then forwarding the pipe manufacturing carriage by means of an oscillating machine and further putting on or plurality of empty mold frames thereon and charging ready-mixed concrete therein and molding it centrifugally thereafter. CONSTITUTION:By a manufactured pipe carriage forwarding cylinder, namely, an oscillating machine P, a pipe manufacturing carriage 1 is forwarded by one pitch from the starting position A1. At the time when the pipe manufacturing carriage comes to the terminal position A11, a descending lifter 6 descends and it is sent in front of an ascending lifter 8 by means of a chain conveyor being moved by a returning driving motor M6. The pipe manufacturing carriage 1 is forwarded on the ascending lifter 8 by a carriage returning cylinder 14. The ascending lifter 8 ascends and the carriage 1 comes to the terminal position A1. And, these processes are repeated thereafter.

    • PURPOSE:To manufacture a buoy for a floating pier having an outer wall without large air bubbles and inaccurate dimensions by injecting an outer wall molding material from an injection port, permeating the outer wall molding material into block outer peripheral faces, removing a pressing jig after semi-curing or curing and further releasing. CONSTITUTION:An injected outer wall molding material 100 is flowed from an injection port 1a of a central section of a block 1 into a space of a seat projection 1c symmetrically with respect to the port 1a, and the block 1 is floated until being brought into contact with a floating prevention body 2c, the floating of the upper face of which is controlled by a nut 2b, while being guided by a bolt shaft 2 of a continuous bolt 2a, and an outer wall forming space 1g on the lower side of the block 1 is filled with the outer wall forming material 100. The continuously injected outer wall molding material 100 is risen up in the whole area of the outer wall forming space 1g on the periphery of the block 1 at a uniform speed and permeated in the laminating shape on the upper face of the block 1 to imbed the nut 2b and the floating prevention body 2c. Therefore, the amount of one shot of the outer wall molding material 100 is injected, and the long bolt 2a only is pulled out after the curing time has passed, and an outer wall forming die A is dismantled and released.

    • PURPOSE:To save construction costs by wrapping lining plate around a plurality of frames, securing the outer periphery of the lining plate to the frames by means of a fixing belt, and connecting the edges of the lining plate to form an inner surface type frame of approximately cylindrical shape. CONSTITUTION:A lining plate 36 is wrapped around the outer peripheries of a plurality of frames 6, while the frames are being circumferentially rotated by means of rollers 23, 30. The plate 36 is temporarily fixed to the frames 6 by means of hooks 13 and each of fixing belts 35 is wound around the outer periphery of the plate 36 and the belts 35 are stretched by means of a belt tensioning means 34 to fix the plate 36 to the frames 6. Then the hooks 13 are removed and the edges 36b of the plate 36 are connected to form an inner surface type frame. The frame is transferred into a tunnel 5 and concrete 41 is placed between the inner wall 5a and the outer surface of the plate 36. As a result, by covering the inner surface with a lining plate, the number of repairing work can be reduced, resulting in reduced construction costs.
