    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum type refining or washing apparatus in which refining or washing efficiency of a pulp suspension or a food suspension is remarkably enhanced by filtration function of the rotary drum and by sucking force of a filtrate receptive cell.
      SOLUTION: This drum type refining or washing apparatus is constituted so as to define a filtrate receptive chamber 34 facing the outer peripheral surface of a rotary drum 1 by a plurality of the filtrate receptive cells 31 arranged in the peripheral direction of the outer peripheral surface of the rotary drum 1 laterally installed, provide a discharge port 32 for discharging the filtrate received in the filtrate receptive cell 31 through a rotary drum-forming wall into a liquid vessel 11 at one end opposite to the rotating direction of the drum of each cell 31, discharge a filtrate received in the filtrate receptive chamber 34 of the filtrate receptive cell 31 through the discharging port 32 into the liquid vessel 11 during an escaping process of the filtrate receptive cell 31 onto the liquid surface 17 of the liquid vessel 11 in the accordance with rotation of the rotary drum 1 and generate the filtrate sucking force directing toward the inside of the receptive chamber 34 at a rotary drum-forming wall to which which the receptive chamber 34 of the cell 31 faces by discharge of the filtrate.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary drum type paper stock cleaning apparatus for supplying both the ends of an air-permeable water-permeable drum with stable rotating and driving force and for properly controlling the slide between a driving belt and a drum while stably hanging both the ends of the air-permeable water-permeable drum constituting a cleaning apparatus and effectively preventing a roll. SOLUTION: This rotary drum type paper stock cleaning apparatus is equipped with a drum suspending mechanism for hanging one end of an air-permeable water- permeable drum 1 constituting a rotary drum type paper stock cleaning apparatus by a first and a second driving belts 2 and 3 suspended in a double state and the other end by a third and a fourth driving belts 4 and 5. On the other hand, a first driving mechanism which lays a driving shaft 6 and a subordinate shaft 7 extended in the drum shaft direction, drives and rotates the driving shaft 6 by a motor 8 and hangs the upper ends of the first and the third driving belts 2 and 4 on a first and a third pulleys 9 and 11 installed at both ends of the driving shaft 6 is formed above the air-permeable water-permeable drum 1. A second driving mechanism is formed by the rotation and drive of the subordinate shaft 7 using a by-pass pulley and a by-pass driving belt or the like.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing apparatus that can smoothen the reciprocation motion of the shower pipe in the pipe axis direction, suitably setting the floating range of the guide ring for guiding the reciprocation of the shower pipe to develop the guide function at the key points for the shower pipe and prevents the guide ring from being abraded thereby permitting healthy reciprocation motion for a long period of time. SOLUTION: In this washing apparatus, the shower pipe 11 is inserted into the outer cylinder 18 and the shower pipe is slidably guided in the axis direction of the shower pipe 11 through a plurality of guide rings 21 arranged between the outer peripheral surface of the shower pipe 11 and the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder 18. The guide rings 32 are fitted to the outer peripheral surface slidably in the axis line direction and the guide rings are arranged between the nozzle-protecting collars. At the same time, the stopper for the guide ring 21 is formed with the nozzle-protecting collar 15 to set the floating range of the guide ring 21.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a cleaned and purified paper material of high quality by greatly improving dispersion effect of a fiber component and removing cleaning effects (deinking and dedusting effects) in a rotatory drum type cleaning device and attaining a scale-down and/or rationalization of the cleaning device. CONSTITUTION: In this paper material cleaning device 13, 17, having a paper material inlet 4 installed on one end of an air and water through-flow drum 1 capable of horizontally revolving and a paper material outlet 5 installed on the other end and a cleaning water feeding device 13 and 17 for the paper material installed in the through-flow drum 1, baffle plates 9 are arranged with intervals in the axial direction along the internal surface of the through-flow drum 1 and extending to the periphery, and scrape up plates 12 which scrape up the paper material liquid between the adjacent baffle plates 9 in the revolving direction of the drum are arranged with intervals in the periphery direction. The paper material loaded from the paper material inlet 4 overflows each of cleaning zones 10 each formed between the baffle plates 9 one by one and reaches the paper material outlet 5. The paper material repeats falling and flowing in the cleaning zones 10 between the baffle plates 9 by the forces of gravity and scraping up by the scrape up plates 12 accompanied by the revolution of the through-flow drum 1 in the periphery direction.
