    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a honeycomb panel which has high planeness as the honeycomb panel without impairing the adhesive strength between a honeycomb core and a surface plate, and which is economical and can be used as an interior superior in the finish.
SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the honeycomb panel 1, two facing flat surface plates 3a, 3b and a honeycomb core 2 disposed between the two surface plates 3a, 3b are integrally formed via an adhesive agent 6b. An adhesive agent 6a layer is formed on the flat surface 8 so as to obtain a uniform thick, one adhesion surface of the honeycomb core 2 to be adhered to the surface plate 3a or 3b is placed on the adhesive agent layer 6a, and the honeycomb core 2 is separated from the adhesive agent layer 6a, allowing the adhesive agent 6b to be stuck on the adhesive surface of the honeycomb core 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block for a honeycomb core without necessity of cutting off upper and lower end faces after spreading under pressure by rapidly and easily a plurality of nail rows on the upper and lower end faces of a block piece in the case of spreading under pressure and to provide a method for manufacturing the honeycomb core. SOLUTION: The block for the honeycomb core comprises a laminate 11 obtained by laminating and adhering a first sheet member (first aluminum foil 11a) while adhesives are alternatively deviated and interposed in a predetermined direction, pitch and width, a second sheet member (second aluminum foil 12) including a plurality of folding parts 21 provided at a predetermined pitch and third sheet members (third aluminum foils 13) fixed to the upper and lower end faces of the laminate in the laminating direction while the adhesive is interposed between the upper and lower surfaces of the folding parts. In this block, the folding parts are folded in the interposing direction of the adhesive, the third sheet member is isolated from the upper and lower surfaces of the laminate in the laminating direction by imparting a tensile force, and a pocket row is partitioned and formed at the end of the laminate in the laminating direction, the third sheet member and the folding parts.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce the number of parts and to extremely simply assemble them by using sandwich panels for the surface member in the case structure and joining the sandwich panels so as to constitute the case structure. SOLUTION: An exhibition case constitutes its case structure by joining the sandwich panels 21 (a to g) with one another. Then, the panels 21 are mutually joined by respectively screwing to angles 22 through the use of the angles 22. An exhibition space 24 is made a space surrounded by the respective inner surfaces of a front surface panel 21a, side surface panels 21c, 21d, upper/lower panels 21e, 21f and a rear surface panel 21g. Airtight members 25 are respectively fixed to the end surfaces of the side surface panels 21c and 21d contacting with the front surface panel 21a. In addition, sealing members 26 are mounted to the respective joining parts of the side surface panels 21c, 21d, the upper/ lower panels 21e, 21f and the rear surface panel 21g constituting the space 24 to closely seal.

    • PURPOSE:To improve an efficiency of storage and an efficiency of transportation by a method wherein one side wall and a rear wall are integrally combined with a rear part of the other side wall and when a front door hingedly supported, a top wall, a bottom wall and a front part of the other side wall are folded to each other, they are entirely formed into an L-shape. CONSTITUTION:A top wall 1, a rear wall 2, a left side wall 3, a right side wall 4, a bottom wall 5, a left front door 6 and a right front door 7 which can be opened forwardly at both sides are formed into a box. The right side wall 4 is integrally formed with the rear wall 2, and a rear part 3a of the left side wall 3 is integrally formed with the rear wall 2. In addition, the top wall 1 is hingedly supported at an upper end of the top wall 2, the bottom wall 5 is hingedly supported at a lower end of the rear wall 2, the front door 7 is hingedly supported at the front wall of the right side wall 4 and the left front door 6 is hingedly supported at a front end of the front portion 3b of he left side wall 3, respectively. Since sizes of these walls and doors are set to show a substantial L-shape when all the elements are folded, it is possible to improve an efficiency of storing place for a cold box and an efficiency of transportation such as an air cargo transportation or the like.
