摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture the device easily by slidably providing a pair of side plate-bearing members of gear shafts which contact side surfaces of gear and by providing spaces on the opposit side of the gearing region of gears between bearing member outer peripneral and bearing chamber inner wall. CONSTITUTION:Fine spaces are provided between side plate-bearing members 6 and front and back covers 9, 10 so that pressurized oil (1) for pressure balancing is introduced to the back of side plate-bearing members 6, which are lightly pressed on the both sides to gear 2, 3 side surface by annular seals 21, 21', 22 inserted in annular groove 20 in front and back covers 9, 10 by the springing force. Also, up- down and right-left fine movements of a pair of side plate-bearing members 6 are held down by pressurized oil from middle pressurizing part 7' as the space provided in its outer peripheral, automatically alligned, and the tip of the tooth can be sealed accurately at the high pressure operation. By such constitution, pump and motor with excellent capacities can be easily manufactured.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce noise caused by residual water when ultrasonic flaw detection performed in a post process without leaving a necessary amount on more of scattered water on the surface of a steel plate, by scattering water containing a magnetic powder in a mist form in performing the magnetic powder flaw detection of the surface of the steel plate. CONSTITUTION:Water containing a magnetic powder is scattered to a steel pipe 1 being a material to be subjected to flaw detection. In this case, a magnetic powder slurry (for example, containing 1-0.5g/l of a pure iron powder) is pumped up from a magnetic powder slurry tank 7 by a sprayer 4 and sprayed through a flexible pipe 3. At this time, the size and spray angle of sprayed particles are regulated by the caliber or open angle of the orifice part of a nozzle 2. Therefore, because water to be scattered is uniformly scattered in a mist form, a min amount of a water film is formed to the surface to be subjected to flaw detection in magnetic powder flaw detection and noise by residual water is generated at the time of ultrasonic flaw detection in a post-process and the reliability of flaw detection is enhanced.
