    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable stacking and downsize a device by temporarily constraining a blade shaft of a blade adjacent in a position, reverse to the rotating direction of a rotating main shaft, to a blade set into a position of receiving flat material from a conveying device. SOLUTION: Rotors 3, 4 disposed around a rotating main shaft 2 are integrally rotated, and blade shafts 3b, 4b connected to the rotors 3, 4 are also rotated in the same way so as to rotate blades 10, 11 around the rotating main shaft 2. With the rotation of the rotating main shaft 2, the rotors 3, 4 are continuously rotated integrally with the rotating main shaft 2, but when the position of the blade 11 is detected by a proximity switch 14, a cylinder is driven by a control device to advance a rod, and a hook 13 is caught by a blade shaft 4b on the rod 4 side so as to constrain the blade shaft 4b. Accordingly, even if flat material has large weight, this has no influence on the rotation of the rotating main shaft 2, the attitude change of the blades 10, 11, and the like.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify a position adjusting mechanism and secure the correct supply of plate information by storing a function part to control a plate in a plate cylinder and providing a system to receive and send control signals to and from the function part by light-electricity converters placed at the external parts corresponding to the shaft ends of the plate cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Driving signals of a position adjusting mechanism for a plate cylinder and signals of plate information are supplied by a programmable computer 20 and fed and fed back through the first light-electricity converter 21 on the side of a frame 1 and the second light-electricity converter 22 incorporated in the end of a retaining shaft 2b of a plate cylinder 2. An input and output device 23 which sends and receives signals to and from the second light- electricity converter 21 is provided inside the plate cylinder 2 and a control system which inputs controller signals of the plate position adjusting mechanism therefrom. A driving motor is provided in the plate cylinder 2 itself to adjust the position of an outer sleeve and an internal space is used for storing the driving mechanism.
