    • PURPOSE:To reuse molding sand by solidifying particles of-sand by using an inorg.-org. composite formed by bringing a water-soluble inorg. compd. and org. high polymer compd. into reaction as a binder, thereby repetitively attaining solidifying and softening. CONSTITUTION:The inorg.-org. composite having a binding effect is formed and is made into a sol state. This composite is uniformly mixed with the sand and thereafter, the moisture of the system is controlled, by which the composite is collected the contact points of the particles of the sand. The hard sand mold is formed by changing the composite to a gel state to exhibit the binding force. Next, the water content of the hard sand mold is increased, by which the gel of the composite is changed to the sol state and the binding force is lost. The sand restores the sate before molding. The composite is produced by bringing water-soluble inorg. compd., for example, magnesium chloride and the org. high polymer compd., for example, sodium polyacrylate into reaction with an aq. system.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve water permeability, and to collect water passed through surface soil efficiently, by spreading pelletized soil, with which the complex of a fixed quantity of a water-soluble high-molecular compound and a clay mineral is mixed, all over up to specified depth and installing a water collecting tank to the lower section of a pelletized clay layer. SOLUTION: Soil such as a dug-up ground is supplied with an aqueous solution of a water- soluble high-molecular compound containing the complex of a fixed quantity of the water-soluble high-molecular compound and a clay mineral in an atomized shape. The aqueous solution of the water-soluble high-molecular compound is dried mainly by hot air, and soil is discharged into a screen, and spread all over a culvert system successively in descending order of grain size. A branch pipe and a main pipe 10b are communicated in a plane in a checkered shape and mounted under a pelletized soil layer 12. A large number of holes are formed to an upper section in a culvert collecting path 10, and the culvert collecting path 10 is inclined and disposed so that water passed through the pelletized soil layer 12 is collected into a water collecting tank 14 set up to a lower section. The top face of the culvert collecting path 10 is covered with a water-permeable mat. The culvert collecting path 10 is communicated with the lower section of the water collecting tank 14, and water is overflowed from the water collecting tank 14 and discharged from a discharge opening. Accordingly, the water permeability of deteriorated surface soil can be improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regenerate and reutilize waste sludge and waste soil as a water resistant granulated material by adding a water quantity adjuster into a hydrate waste sludge and waste soil or a defective waste soil to turn the mud like material to a powdery material, granulating the powdery material into a granulated material while adding a binder in a granulator and drying. SOLUTION: The water content adjuster for the free water in the waste sludge and waste soil is added at need into the hydrate waste sludge and waste soil generated at the time of building a tunnel, collecting an aggregate for concrete, manufacturing a Hume pipe or the like or the defective waste soil deteriorated in water permeability in a ground of a school or the like to turn the mud like material to the powdery material. And the powdery material is turned into the granulated material by the granulator after or while adding the binder alone, the binder and a solidifying agent or the binder and a fertilizer component to the powdery material. Further, the granulated material is dried to regenerate and reutilize as the water resistant granulated material.
