摘要：【課題】アルブチンの経皮吸収を促進することができる皮膚外用剤とその使用方法を提供する。【解決手段】水性薬液と二酸化炭素とをエアゾール容器に封入した皮膚外用剤である。前記水性薬液は、アルブチンと水と多糖類系高分子とを含有した粘度5〜1,000mPa・sの液体であり、前記皮膚外用液中、前記アルブチンが0.01〜10.0重量%配合されたものである。エアゾール容器から、水性薬液が二酸化炭素と共に泡状等で噴射される。泡1は、その直径よりも大きな空間を有する吸液部材2に噴射されることが望ましい。泡1は、少なくとも一部が破れることなく前記空間内に侵入して、その一部または全量が消泡しながら吸液部材2に吸収される。吸液部材2が皮膚3に貼り付けられた際に、消泡した泡に含まれる二酸化炭素が持続的に皮膚3に接触して、アルブチンの経皮吸収効果を持続する。【選択図】図1

The foams of the aerosol composition formed by the injection from the pressure container are in a good state of foams and have no irritation when applied to the skin, and although the foams in contact with the skin begin to disappear within 20 seconds after the application to the skin, the state of foams is maintained at least one minute to exhibit an excellent blood circulation promoting effect on the applied site while the state of foams is maintained.

Since the DHA lower alkyl ester is unstable and a high-purity DHA lower alkyl ester is hardly obtainable commercially, a mixture of higher fatty acid ester containing >=30wt% DHA lower alkyl ester may be used as the raw material depending upon use of the aimed compound.
