    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol composition which can easily be used, has a good state of foams formed and no irritation when applied to the skin, and exhibits an excellent blood circulation promoting effect on the applied site while the good foam condition is maintained.SOLUTION: The aerosol composition is obtained by enclosing a stock solution including water, a hydrophilic surface active agent, a thickening agent, and an oily component and carbon dioxide in a pressure container having an aerosol valve and a nozzle. The foams of the aerosol composition formed by the injection from the pressure container are in a good state of foams and have no irritation when applied to the skin, and although the foams in contact with the skin begin to disappear within 20 seconds after the application to the skin, the state of foams is maintained at least one minute to exhibit an excellent blood circulation promoting effect on the applied site while the state of foams is maintained.
