The bubble 1 is jetted to a liquid adsorption member 2 having a space larger than the diameter, and invades into the space without that at least a part of the bubble 1 is not broken and is invaded into the space, and a part or the whole thereof are disappeared, is disappeared into an adsorption member 2. When the adsorption member 2 is stuck onto the objectives 3, carbon dioxide included in the bubble which is disappeared is brought into successively contact with the objectives 3, and the blood circulation acceleration effect is continued.

The sheet-like body made of fibers and having a prescribed water absorption percentage is arranged on the surface to be coated with the aerosol of the flexible sheet body and the surface to be coated is coated with the aerosol and applied to the human body.
