摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum draw device suitable for evacuating a piping under test necessary to execution of a pulsation pressure test. SOLUTION: A tank 12 for water storage to store a given amount of water is arranged on the inlet 16a side of a vacuum pump 16 of a line through which air drawn from the interior of a piping H under test. Even when water is present in the test pipe H, the water does not enter the vacuum pump 16 but is stored in the tank 12. Thus, since the use of the vacuum pump 16 to realize the high degree of a vacuum is practicable, after the tank is full of water and after pressure, a sufficient differential pulsation pressure is generated.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of regeneration construction, in which pipings are executed simply only by stopping the usage of partial floors or partial drainage equipments even when the usage of drainage equipments extending over the whole of a building is not stopped at the time of piping works. SOLUTION: An inner tube 3a using the inside of the tube as a drainage path and a double tube 3, in which the outer circumferential side of the inner tube 3a is covered with an outer tube 3b and a ventilation path is formed between the inner tube 3a and the outer tube 3b, are disposed at places near to a drain vertical tube while a collecting drainage joint 4 is arranged at the proper place of the double tube 3. Vent tubes 2b disposed on each floor are connected to the double tube 3, and the vent tubes 2b are communicated with the ventilation path formed between the inner tube 3a and outer tube 3b of the double tube 3. Horizontally laid tubes 2a arranged on each floor are connected to the collecting drainage joints 4, and the horizontally laid tubes 2a are communicated with the drainage path of the inner tube 3a through the collecting drainage joints 4. Accordingly, pipings are executed simply only by stopping the usage of partial floors or partial drainage equipments.

And, grip operating sections 18 and 18a, arranged outside of the coating body 2 and the metal fitting 7 respectively, are gripped and the metal fitting 7 is move forward to unhook pipe body 10 from the hook groove 11. Meanwhile, a seal material 6 having a V-shaped section is set stably between the spacer 5 and a corner section by an elastic spring 16, and spliced and sealed to the outer end of the pipe body 10 by a lip section 6a.

Consequently, the sludge contained in the org. waste water is efficiently separated.
