    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stoker type incinerator using a fan for circulating part of combustion exhaust gas as recirculated gas from a combustion chamber to the incinerator through a recirculation passage, wherein a combustion exhaust gas recirculation system is simply constructed by eliminating the need for a heat exchanger which cools the recirculated gas down to a lower temperature, to reduce a number of components and device cost, suppress the corrosion of the recirculated gas circulating fan and improve the durability and life of the fan.
      SOLUTION: In the stoker type incinerator 2, when using the recirculation fan 13 for recirculating part of the combustion exhaust gas as recirculated gas from the combustion chamber 3 to the incinerator through the recirculation passage 16, air is mixed into the recirculated gas in the recirculation passages 16, 15 at the upstream site of the recirculation fan 13 and the mixed gas is returned into the combustion chambers 3, 4. In the recirculation passage at the upstream site of the recirculation fan 13, measuring equipment 60 is installed for measuring the temperature of the mixed gas to control the rate of the recirculated gas to air so that the temperature of the mixed gas is 400°C or lower.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide combustion equipment and a combustion control method capable of providing stable combustion reaction even when a variation in a calorific value of a fuel and a composition of the fuel is large in a stoker type incinerator. SOLUTION: This combustion equipment 1 incinerates a fuel layer on a stoker 3 by primary combustion air from a fuel layer lower part and secondary combustion air from a fuel layer upper part. The combustion equipment 1 has an oxygen supply device 8, a first oxygen supply passage 7a for supplying oxygen to the primary combustion air 4 from the oxygen supply device, a second oxygen supply passage 7b for supplying the oxygen to the secondary combustion air 5 from the oxygen supply device, a switching device 9 for switching supply of the oxygen from the oxygen supply device between the first oxygen supply passage and the second oxygen supply passage, and a control device 12 for controlling the switching device on the basis of a measured result of an infrared camera 10 for measuring the temperature of the incinerator 2 or an oxygen concentration measuring device 11 for measuring the oxygen concentration of an incinerator outlet, or both of these and the infrared camera or a concentration measuring device.
