摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a gas contg. CO2 at a low ratio and contg. H2S at a high concn. by passing the gas contg. H2S and CO2 at high concns. through an absorption column contg. an aq. soln. of sodium carbonate or potassium carbonate as a liquid absorbent. CONSTITUTION:The gas contg. H2S and CO2 at high concns is passed through the absorption column contg. the aq. soln. of 3-8wt.% sodium carbonate or potassium carbonate adjusted to 10-50 deg.C as the liquid absorbent for 2-12sec gas-air contact time, by which H2S is selectively absorbed in the above- mentioned liquid absorbent. The absorptivity of H2S does not increase so much and the increase ratio of the absorption capacity of CO2 increases when the concn. of the sodium carbonate or potassium carbonate exceeds 8wt.%. Such concn. is, therefore, undesirable. The absorption capacity of H2S decreases and a large volume of the liquid absorbent is required if the concn. is below 3wt.%. Such concn. is, therefore, undesirable. The absorptivity of CO2 increases sharply and the selective absorbency of H2S is poor if the liquid temp. exceeds 50 deg.C. The absorption of H2S is insufficient if the liquid temp. is below 10 deg.C. Such temp. are, therefore, undesirable.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily produce soft magnetic amorphous Co alloy powder having a zero magnetostriction characteristic by mixing Co powder, Zr or Ti powder and specific powder for imparting the zero magnetostriction characteristic at specific ratios and subjecting the mixture to a mechanical alloying treatment. CONSTITUTION:The powder (A) of Co as the base metal of the alloy, the powder (B) of group IVa metals such as Zr and Ti, and the metal powder for imparting the zero magnetostriction characteristic consisting of at least one kind among Ta, Nb, Ni, B, Mo, and Fe are so mixed as to make the total atomic % to 100%, of which the atomic % of (C) is 0.1-20% and the ratio of the atomic % of (A):(B) is 99:1-65:35. This mixture is charged into a container 1 of an impact type mill 1 and an inert gas is supplied as a sealing gas into the container from above. An agitator 3 is then rotated at a high speed to alloy the mixture by a mechanical alloying method. The easy mass production of the Co-rich soft magnetic amorphous alloy powder having the zero magnetostriction characteristic is thus permitted.

摘要： PURPOSE:To separate and recover safely, easily, and efficiently a base film and a magnetic substance powder from a specified film layer, by immersing the specified film layer in an aqueous surfactant solution and agitating the mixture by means of a mixer fitted with high-speed impellers. CONSTITUTION:Scrap film obtained by cutting a film formed by forming a fine solid particle (e.g., a magnetic substance powder such as ferrite) layer is formed on a base film such as polyethylene terephthalate with the aid of an organic binder based on urea resin or the like is immersed in an aqueous solution containing 0.01-5wt% surfactant and the resulting mixture is agitated at 5-100 deg.C in a mixer fitted with a high-speed impeller, such as a Henschel mixer, at a peripheral speed of 20-40m/sec at which a centrifugal force of 150-300kg./s is produced to peel and pulverize the fine solid particle layer from the base film. The fine solid particles are sedimented by a centrifugal force and at the same time the organic binder is separated and removed by floating it on the surface by adsorption on bubbles. The remaining liquid is heated by filtration or centrifugation to separate the base film from the magnetic substance powder, which are separated, washed, and dried.

The one side 18 of each sub-louver originates from the intermediate position in the height direction of each stage and forms a reverse gradient with respect to each louver 17 toward the inside of each louver 17 while the other side 19 is directed to a vertical downward direction from the apex of the V-shape and all stages are arranged so as to be present in the same vertical plane as well as the lower end of this vertically and downwardly directed side is prevented from contacting with the apex of the V-shape in the adjacent lower stage.
