A cooling medium intake port 5 is provided to the leading end part of the nozzle 3 and an arranged pipe to which a valve 4 opened and closed in a cooperated state by the order of the controller 6 is applied to the halfway part between the nozzle 3 and the intake port 5 while the discharge port 1a of the substance A to be treated is provided to one lateral bottom part of the mixing tank 1.

CONSTITUTION:Powder A, which is supplied in a supply nozzle 2, falls in a dispersing nozzle 4. At this time, mixed gas flows in jet through an annular minute gap (e) into a gas box 3. After that, the mixed gas jets along the curved surface at the apex of the dispersing nozzle 4 in the form of wall-attached jet downwards in the dispersing nozzle 4. At this time, Coanda effect develops, resulting in sucking a large quantity of secondary gas in the nozzle so as to suck the powder A from the supply nozzle 2 in high speed gas flow in order to develop air flow dispersion. As a result, wet powder A', which is produced by dispersing coating material and binder over the surface of the powder A, flows under dispersed state in a granulating chamber 5.     • PURPOSE:To eliminate stagnation and sticking on a side surface and to obtain homogeneous agitation by rotating an upper blade and a lower blade of plural agitation blades provided to the lower part of a tank in the same direction, and by rotating the lower blade with slower speed than that of the upper blade. CONSTITUTION:A weighed amount of binder is charged into a supply tank 19 by opening a solenoid valve 21, and then a solenoid valve 23 is opened to pressurize the supply tank 19, and a solenoid valve 24 and a change-over valve 25 are opened to send the pressurized binder to a piping 17. And the binder is sprayed from a spray nozzle 16 over the material to be treated in the tank 1. Meanwhile, the lower blade 11 rotated at slow speed pushes the material to be treated upward and at the same time moves the material in the vicinity of the side wall of the tank 1 so as not to stagnate and stick to this part. On the other hand, the upper blade 12 is rotated with high speed, and gives shearing force to the material which is repeatedly cohered and destroyed, and then gradually arranged in size to be granulated.
