    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endless track vehicle for a sick and weak person capable of running easily by itself even in a section where there is a difference in steps such as stairs and a road surface having large recessed and projection parts and changing its course easily. SOLUTION: A support frame on which a seat 14 is put is divided into three portions in the direction of length, each support frame 2, 3, 4 is connected so as to tilt freely in the vertical direction for the direction of right and left width and the direction of length by connection parts 5, 6, respectively, and endless rubber crawlers 7, 8 are mounted on both left and right sides of the support frames 2, 3, 4, respectively. Moreover, electric motors 9, 10 driving each of left and right endless rubber crawlers 7, 8 individually are provided, respectively, and buffer devices 11, 12 slowing tilting operation toward the vertical direction in the direction of length in each connection part 5, 6 of each support frame 2, 3, 4 are provided. An attitude control sensor 13 detecting tilting is provided, the seat 14 is tilted based on the information from the attitude control sensor 13, and an attitude controller 15 holding it in substantially horizontal condition is provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a track vehicle easily self-travel even at a portion with difference in level such as stairs and a road surface with sharp projecting and recessing parts and to make the track vehicle easily changeable the course. SOLUTION: A supporting frame on which a seat 12 is mounted is divided in three in the longitudinal direction and the three supporting frames are provided so as to be freely tiltable in the vertical direction for left and right width directions and the longitudinal direction in each connecting part 5, 6. On both of left and right sides of each of the divided supporting frames 2, 3, 4, endless rubber crawlers 14, 15, 16 are mounted. A rear end side of the rear endless rubber crawler 16 mounted on both of left and right sides of a rear supporting frame 4 is provided at an oblique, upward and high location. An electric motor 17 for driving each endless rubber crawler 14, 15, 16 mounted on both the left and right sides of each of the divided supporting frames 2, 3, 4 separately on the left and right sides is provided. Buffer devices 19, 20 for slowing upward and downward tilting operations of the longitudinal direction in each connecting part 5, 6 of each of the divided supporting frame 2, 3, 4 are provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adding bacteria and carriers of the bacteria capable of treating pollutants in the liquid with proliferated bacteria in a short time by including aerobic bacteria and/or carriers of the bacteria in fine bubbles containing oxygen or causing them to stick on the surface of the bubbles and forcibly mixing them into pollutant-containing liquid to add them to the liquid and uniformly dispersing and distributing the bacteria and the carriers of the bacteria in the pollutant-containing liquid in a wide range to form an oxygen atmosphere around the bacteria for drastically raising the growth rate of the bacteria. SOLUTION: The aerobic bacteria and/or carriers of the bacteria (d) are included in fine oxygen-containing bubbles (b) and/or stuck to the surfaces (c) of the fine bubbles to be forcibly mixed into the pollutant-containing liquid (a). The disperse distribution of the bacteria and the carriers of the bacteria in the pollutant-containing liquid (a) is made to be uniform in a wide range, and the oxygen atmosphere by the fine bubbles (b) is formed around the bacteria. • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair elevator which enables a weak person to get thereon while sitting in a wheelchair, self-travels even at an uneven place easily and changes its course easily. SOLUTION: Front and rear vehicle frames are connected in the state of being freely inclinable in a vertical direction with respect to a right/left width direction and a longitudinal direction, respectively. A front endless rubber crawler 5 and a rear endless rubber crawler 6 linked interlocked with each other and circulatingly driven are mounted to both of the right and left side of the front and rear vehicle frames, respectively and a power motor for driving the right and left crawlers 5 and 6 separately is provided. A guide rail 10 for getting on/out of the wheelchair on which the auxiliary wheel (b) of the wheelchair (a) moves is provided at the front vehicle frame in a freely slidable and expandable/contractible manner. A wheelchair mounting and holding rail 11 is provided at the rear vehicle frame in a freely inclinable manner. A wheelchair holding device 12 is provided and a posture control sensor for detecting upward/downward inclination in the longitudinal direction of the wheelchair mounting and holding rail is provided. A posture controller for holding the wheelchair (a) on the rail 11 in a prescribed inclined state by inclining it is provided on the rear vehicle frame.
