摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a protective film for improving durability, rust resistance, corrosion resistance, flame resistance, etc., by continuously applying a first stage for forming a lower coating film on the surface of a substrate by metal spraying and a second stage for forming an upper layer of a liq. polyester resin modified into a special molecular structure. SOLUTION: A lower coating film 2 is formed on the surface of a substrate 1 by metal spraying in the first stage. A liq. polyester resin modified into a special molecular structure is applied in the second stage on the surface of the lower coating film 2 to form an upper coating film 3, and a special protective film of composite coating film structure is obtained. The spraying metals such as aluminum, zinc, gold, silver, copper and nickel are selected in accordance with the substrate 1 and applied to form the lower coating film 2. The liq. polyester resin of the upper coating film 3 consists of a copolymer of isobutyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate in 1/1 to 3/1 weight ratio, and 0.1-1 pt.wt. of phenolic antioxidant is added to 100 pts.wt. of the copolymer.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably correct the positional deviation between images having largely different behavior such as a visible light image and an invisible light image. SOLUTION: Either one of the visible light image or the invisible light image is set to a reference image, the other is set to an object image, a reference window is determined in the reference image, and an object window with the same size as that of the reference window is supposed to be in the object image. While the object window is deviated at a pixel unit in the object image, differential values of the brightness of respective pixels in the x axial and y axial directions in the reference window and the object window are found, object points in the object window in points where totals of the squares of the differences between the differential values or the absolute values become minimum are specified as points accorded with the reference points of the reference window, and the visible light image and the invisible light image are accorded with each other using the plurality of specified points as the reference. Also the sewage can be switched to an air pump 5 with a valve 7 in order to directly feed air to a portion easy to cause the clogging mostly, and the water spray tube 1 is used also as a ventilation tube to aerate the soil, and the periphery of the water spraying holes 2 is enabled to be aerated, thus the clogging of the soil is prevented.
