摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a post-mix dispenser capable of easily removing and exchanging boxed pack containers by assembling a concentrate storage container and a concentrate control valve surrounding a rapid shutdown member. CONSTITUTION: The beverage dispenser is a post-mix dispenser which mixes beverage concentrate with cold water before dispensing. Boxed pack containers 32, 34 are arranged in an insulated cabinet 36 at front of an ice bath 38. Vertical shat 64 of a fan assembly 60 is driven by a motor 68, and a fan 62 circulates air in the cabinet to maintain concentrate in the containers 32, 34 cool. A pump 212 discharges concentrate from the pump head to a mixing block 214 where concentrate is mixed with water. The left-hand handle 360 controls the discharge of concentrate in the container 32, whereas the right-hand push handle controls that in the container 34. A slide 250 relating to a base 246 of a concentrate control valve 206 operates in the concentrate control valve so as to rapidly shut down it. Thus the boxed pack containers can be removed and exchanged.
