From the coordinate data of a numeric altitude model, the altitude of each pixel is extracted on a basis of each classified class, and by an analysis step, the degree of atmospheric influence on each pixel is obtained on the basis of the classified class. With respect to the degree of atmospheric influence on each pixel, the degree of regional atmospheric influence is obtained by applying a median filter, and the pixel value of each pixel is corrected, based on each pixel value, altitude, reference altitude and degree of the regional atmospheric influence.
