摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom unit, in which the sticking works of a waterproof tape are not required in field assembly works and the width of a caulking material fitted into the openings of the surface corner sections of orthogonal wall panels is equalized and which has excellent appearance. SOLUTION: In a corner support in a long-sized body, the corner support has mutually orthogonal two inserting sections 7a, 7b, into which the engaging pieces 5a, 5b of wall panels can be inserted and which have contact-bonding pieces 6a, 6b, and a recessed section (a fitting section) 9 formed in the direction that the recessed section is crossed at 45 deg. between the two inserting sections, and the two inserting sections with the bonding pieces and the recessed section are constituted integrally. When the corner support is used, an inner joint 8 in the long-sized body having resiliency and an approximately arrow-shaped form is employed preferably.

The sliding doors 20, 30 under a closed state can be locked under the unopened state by incorporating a lock mechanism into a style 31 at the front end of the sliding door 30 on the operation side and locking the stile 31 between the stile 31 and the corresponding vertical frame 11.

The end side of patterned surface 4 of a transfer film 5 patterned with ink in its side surface is pressed on the thermosetting resin 3, and subsequently it is pressed thereto by a roller to orient the thermosetting resin 3 uniformly to be impregnated to the reinforcing fiber 2 simultaneously, so that a fiber reinforced thermosetting resin sheet 7 is formed by superimposing a transfer film 5 thereon. Then, after the oriented fiber reinforced thermosetting resin sheet 7 is cured or semi-cured, the transfer film 5 is separated in order to transfer the pattern on the fiber reinforced thermosetting resin sheet 7, and thereafter the base film 1 is separated therefrom.

Secondly, the end side of the patterned surface of a transfer film 11 is pressed against the lump-like surface resin 3 and, after that, the lump-like surface resin 3 is uniformly stretched to the thickness of about 200mum by pressing the transfer film 11 from one end side of the surface of the mold 1 with a roller 6 and at the same time the transfer film is laid on top of the surface resin 3. Thirdly, the pattern 4 is transferred to the resin 3 by peeling off a base film 5. Fourthly, a resin opaque layer 7 which consists of a transparent resin layer and a colored opaque resin layer, is laminated to the surface resin 3 with the pattern 4 transferred thereon. A reinforcing sheet 10, one surface of which is a smooth surface, the other surface of which is an anti-smooth surface and which has one and the same constitution as that of the face sheet 9, is bonded back to back by bonding agent to the face sheet 9 in order to obtain a product patterned on both sides. Furthermore, because the transparent resin layer is arranged on the surface resin 3 side in the resin opaque 7, the pattern is seen vividly and at the same time stands out in three dimensions.
