摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten working time on a mold, to improve productivity and to obtain an FRP molded item with a pattern having high design properties. CONSTITUTION:A method for preparation of a semicured resin sheet 6 with a pattern wherein an uncured resin 2 for forming a surface layer is placed in a bulk shape on one end part of the surface of a base film 1 and an end part side of a face with a pattern 3 of a transfer film 4 one face of which is patterned with an ink being soluble in the resin 2 for forming the surface layer is pushed thereon and then, the transfer film 4 is pressed from one end part side of the surface of the base film 1 by means of a roller 5 and is laminated on the resin 2 for forming the surface layer while the bulk resin 2 for forming the surface layer is uniformly drawn and is made into a semicured condition by curing treatment and the pattern is transferred from the transfer film 4 and in addition, if necessary, this transfer process is repeated to make the pattern into a multilayered pattern, and a method for preparation of an FRP molded item with a pattern wherein the semicured resin sheet 6 with a pattern is laminated with the molding material on a mold and is molded by pressing and heating, are provided.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a fiber reinforced thermosetting resin sheet for formed articles and a manufacture therefor capable of performing color non-uniformity formation at high cyclical process. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcing fiber 2 is put on a base film 1, and on the end of a surface of the reinforcing fiber 2, uncured transparent and translucent thermosetting resin added with a curing agent and a chain reaction agent is mounted in the form of a mass. The end side of patterned surface 4 of a transfer film 5 patterned with ink in its side surface is pressed on the thermosetting resin 3, and subsequently it is pressed thereto by a roller to orient the thermosetting resin 3 uniformly to be impregnated to the reinforcing fiber 2 simultaneously, so that a fiber reinforced thermosetting resin sheet 7 is formed by superimposing a transfer film 5 thereon. Then, after the oriented fiber reinforced thermosetting resin sheet 7 is cured or semi-cured, the transfer film 5 is separated in order to transfer the pattern on the fiber reinforced thermosetting resin sheet 7, and thereafter the base film 1 is separated therefrom.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide precisely a targetted pattern to a designated position of the surface of FRP, by a method wherein an inorganic fiber base is either pressure-contacted or made to stick to one side of a patterned prepreg sheet, a press molding material is put on an inorganic fiber base side and molding is performed by performing heating and pressurizing. CONSTITUTION:A patterned prepreg sheet 6 is cut into a disired size. An organic fiber base 7 is put in piles on a fixed position of a bottom force 9 to which a peeling agent is applied so that the surface to which the organic fiber base 7 is either pressure-contacted or stuck becomes a press molded material side such as SMC 8 or BMC. Then heating and pressure molding are performed and simultaneously with the cure of the molding material, the sheet is made to harden. Since the sheet is made to stick to a press molding material and made to unify, through which an FRP molded product having a pattern on the surface can be obtained. Hereby, unevenness on the surface of a molding tool can be made larger than that by convensional technique excepting that freedom to pressure or a temperature at the time of press molding becomes higher, through which it becomes possible to impart high-quality feeling.

The process for producing a molding comprises molding this composition.
