摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof pan of a bathroom unit which can be easily split into two, while facilitating the work of connecting the two split parts of the waterproof pan, i.e., a bathtub mounting space and a washing space, and enabling the strength of their connection to be increased. SOLUTION: This waterproof pan comprises a bottom part, side walls, a wall-mounted surface, and a rising wall, and a bathtub mounting space 2 is formed in one part of the waterproof pan while a washing space 3 is formed in the other part, with a partition wall 5 formed at the boundary between the bathtub mounting space 2 and the washing space 3. In that case, an upwardly projecting rib 7 is formed integrally with the upper surface of the partition wall 5 except wall-mounted faces at the opposite ends of the partition wall 5, and a groove part 6 is formed in the upper surface of the rib 7 and used as a cutting reference line, so that the waterproof pan 1 can be split into the bathtub mounting space 2 and the washing space 3.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of easily fixing a waterproof floor of a bathroom unit without using an adhesive such as mortar. SOLUTION: A vertical adjusting connecting tool 9 is fixed in plural places to a sill 7 by using a fixing tool (such as a machine screw) 17. A horizontal adjusting connecting tool 10 is fixed to the wall installing surface 5 opposed to the vertical adjusting connecting tool 9 by a fixing tool (a bolt-nut) 12 by placing a waterproof floor 1 on a floor 8. Afterwards, the waterproof floor 1 is temporarily fastened to a prescribed position by the fixing tools (bolts nuts) 11, 12 by using a vertical directional long hole of the vertical adjusting connecting tool 9 and a horizontal directional long hole of the horizontal adjusting connecting tool 10 to be fixed to the sill 7 by being completely fastened after a fine adjustment is made.

SOLUTION: The bathroom unit is furnished with a waterproof pan 6 on a floor and wall panels 9 erected around it. The waterproof pan 6 is made up of a washing section floor 7 and a bathtub installation section 8 and is formed integrally of a water-resistant material such as glass fiber-reinforced plastics. A bathtub's vertical position adjusting device 5 is fixed above the bathtub installation section 8 and the bathtub 1 is placed on the bathtub's vertical position adjustment device 5. The bathtub 1 can be slid along the wall panel 9, and a bathtub apron 4 can be slid along a wall 10 at the border between the washing section floor 7 and the bathtub installation section 8, the bathtub 1 and the bathtub apron 4 can be moved vertically with the shrinkage of the bathtub's vertical position adjusting device 5.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the easiness of use of a washstand irrespective of use's age and height by supporting a washstand main body by a lifting means using a screw and allowing a flexible pipe to communicate with a supply and drain pipe using a supply and drain part attached to the washstand as the flexible pipe. SOLUTION: A through hole 10 is formed in the vertical direction in a plane part in which a washbowl is not formed on both sides of a washstand main body 9, a support member 11 is inserted therein, respectively, and both end parts bent substantially in L shape of the support member 11 are fixed on a wall panel 6 by nuts. A screw part 12 is disposed in an intermediate part which includes a part passing through the washstand main body 9 of the support member 11 and has a proper length, and a pair of nuts which nip and tighten the washstand main body 9 from above and below are screw-fitted. Moreover, a water tap faucet or mixed water tap 14 of the washstand main body 9 is connected and allowed to communicate with a water supply part 19 disposed on the wall panel 6 through a water supply pipe 15 provided with a flexible pipe part 15A. On the other hand, a drain tap of the washstand main body 9 is allowed to communicate with a water drain part 18 on a waterproof floor 1 through a drain pipe 17 provided with a flexible pipe part 17A.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow-equipped grip bar for installation at a bathtub, enabling only a soft material constituting the pillow to be replaced and enabling a bathtub lid to be stored with the grip bar held fixed at each end. SOLUTION: Vertical leg parts 6, 6 at both ends are secured to the upper edge surface 8 of a bathtub 7, and a grip bar main body 5 having a horizontal center grip is provided with a fitting part 3 whereby a pillow 2 made of a soft material is fitted over the grip part of the grip bar main body 5, so that the pillow 2 is installed in such a way as to be capable of being attached to and removed from the grip bar main body 5. Re-washing and replacement of the pillow 2 alone can be performed easily. A pillow skirt part 4 which hangs down to the bathtub is provided on one side of the pillow 2 and set into a shape capable of supporting the head a bather comfortably, and the pillow 2 is freely rotationally fitted over the grip bar main body 5 by means of the fitting part 3 and is rotated in such a manner that the pillow skirt part 4 is lifted upward.
