    • PURPOSE:To obtain a linking sewing machine to automatically execute sewing by providing a detector for the number of stitches by comb needle and a detector for the position of a sewing machine needle and the number of the stitches by the comb needle and providing a central arithmetic processing unit automatically corresponding to different braiding width. CONSTITUTION:A detector 6 is provided with being faced to a sewing machine needle control cam and the upper limit position of the sewing machine needle and the number of the stitches by the comb needle are detected. Another detector 8 is provided in the comb needle passing range of a linking bar and the number of the stitches is detected. A central arithmetic processing unit 15 is connected to a braiding base width data input part 17, detectors 6 and 8 and driving parts 1 and 14. A braiding base is stuck through with the comb needle as a reference. When a start switch 20 is turned on after the number of the stitches on the braiding base is inputted by a braiding base width data input part 17, the linking bar is sent to a sewing machine sewing part and the first comb needle is detected by the stitch number detector 8. Then, when the total number of the stitches is the number of the comb needles to which the braiding base is not hung, a driving motor 14 is stopped and a driving motor 1 is rotated. Afterwards, the sewing is executed by a sewing machine while feeding the linking bar.

    • PURPOSE:To machine material such as ceramics with high efficiency by using a general purpose tool by removing continuously a liquid molten part generated by irradiation of a laser beam by using gas injection and machining work at the same time. CONSTITUTION:The local molten part 5 is formed by irradiating the surface of a rotating workpiece 1 with the laser beam through a condensing lens 2. Simultaneously with it, gas is injected from a gas injection nozzle 3 fitted to the prescribed position to remove the most part of the molten part 5. Further, the heated and molten part left after removing the molten by the gas injection nozzle 3 is further removed completely by using the condensing lens 2 and the tool 4 fitted at the prescribed angle and position. In addition, because of local heating by the laser beam, the temperature rise of the whole of the workpiece is extremely low and a cooling device for the tool is unnecessary. Further, since the removing rate by the tool 4 is low as compared with the whole quantity of removal, wear of the tool is little even if an inexpensive carbide tool is used.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a fermenting tank capable controlling the temperature of a product by efficiently carrying out temperature control of brewed rice wine (sake), by dividing a jacket into three or more stages unlikely a conventional fermentation tank with a jacket, sending a heating medium such as warm water or a refrigerant such as cooling water to the each stage independently and to prepare a system for carrying out temperature control without reducing efficiency of cooling and heating by using this fermenting tank, applying a control rule such as fuzzy control to regulate fermentation and further sending the heating medium or the refrigerant to the independent jackets to mix media having large difference in temperature such as warm water or cooling water. CONSTITUTION:This fermenting tank has the following elements and a method for controlling temperature of a product uses this tank. The fermenting tank has a jacket divided into three or more stages into which a heating medium such as warm water or a refrigerant such as cooling water can be individually sent through the jacket, the heating medium is preferentially made to flow from the lower stage and the refrigerant preferentially from the upper stage and a natural convection is generated to fix the temperature of product. Each jacket is given a weight to be a system carrying out control of temperature of product such as fussy control.
