摘要： PURPOSE: To enable the continuous operation by a simple structure by providing a stack-up space formed between high-pressure and low-pressure spaces into such a shape as to reduce internal gas pressure to pressure to prevent particles transfer at the end and providing a transfer mechanism in or at the end of the stack-up space, in a device for discharging solid particles in a cyclone. CONSTITUTION: A stack-up space 3 composed of a pipe 4 is erected on a solid material outlet of a cyclone 1, the lower end of it is connected a pneumatic conveyor composed of an air conduit 5, a solid transferring pipeline 7 and valves 7, 8. The sectional area and the length L of the stack-up space 3 are set on the basis of the diameter and the surface state of the solid material so that gas pressure in the stack-up space 3 may be reduced at the end of the stack-up space 3 and so that transfer of the solid material may not be generated by gas. By this structure, a structure is simplified, and the continuous operation can be performed.

摘要： PURPOSE: To improve heat efficiency by constituting a combined cycle method providing a pressure combustion device and a pressure gasification device in parallel so as to transmit combustion heat generated in the pressurized combustion device to air for combustion to be supplied to a combustion chamber on a front stage of a gas turbine. CONSTITUTION: A pressure combustion device 1 is furnished with an afterburning region connected to a first passage 2, a separator 4 to carry out filtering work and a cooling region to cool a solid material collected in a second passage 3 to function as a layer of the solid material. A pressurized gasification device 5 of the same structure is provided in parallel with this pressurizes combustion device 1, and the second passage 3 to collect residue (coke) in a gasification process is connected to the first passage 2 of the device 1 through a conduit 6. Thereafter, combustion gas and combustible gas generated in each of the devices 1, 5 is supplied to a mixing and combustion chamber 24 with air in an air conduit 23 to be heated at the time of passing the passage 3 of the pressurized combustion device 1, and high pressure gas generated here is supplied to a gas turbine 26.

摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce production of corrosion on a heat transfer surface and hence ensure a combustion apparatus in which a geometrical size of the combustion apparatus is freely selected, by constructing a second passage as a cooler for cooling solid matter, and constructing a separator as a separator for filtration action. CONSTITUTION: Solid of a solid matter layer 12 in a second passage 2 is cooled by transmitting heat to sprayed air or sprayed gas or a heat exchange medium passing through heat transfer surfaces 16 and 17. The solid separated in a separator 10 and cooled in the second passage 2 in partially or wholly refluxed to a combustion chamber 1 after passage through a solid substance reflux pipe line 14. The separator 10 is constructed as a separator for filtration, and a solid discharge portion is protruded in the second passage 2. As a result, the heat transfer surface is prevented from being corroded and a geometrical size of a combustion apparatus is freely selected.

摘要： PURPOSE: To enhance safety, by coaxially providing channels for combustion gas and oxygen which open into a reaction chamber and are separated from each other and surrounded by water channels. CONSTITUTION: When pressure in a reaction chamber is normal or high, oxygen or a mixture of oxygen and steam flows into the reaction chamber through a channel 2 and an annular gap 7, and a fuel gas flows into the reaction chamber through a channel 1 and a nozzle 16 composed of a confuser 4, an annular nozzle 5 and a diffuser 6. When the fuel gas is introduced, a spark is formed in an ignition area 12, so that a mixture of fuel gas and oxygen is ignited in a region of a radius-of-curvature portion 8. After the ignition, an electrical transformer is deenergized, so that the reaction chamber is operated under working pressure. An electrode 11 provided in the channel for fuel gas is cooled by the fuel gas so that it is protected against radiation heat from the reaction chamber and the flow of fuel gas prevents dirty solid particles from adhering to a flame monitor 7. A burner having such structure can be used as a pilot burner for a reactor which oxidizes pulverized coal.

摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce the number of exchangeable wear parts and to improve the dimensional accuracy of the blades of a nozzle ring by disposing the plural blades forming the nozzle ring along the outer peripheries of mill tray segments. CONSTITUTION: The blades 20 forming the nozzle ring 15 are arranged along the outer peripheries of the respective mill tray segments 7. The mill tray segments 7 and the blades 20 are made by casting from material having wear resistance. The blades 20 are curved in the rotating direction of a mill tray 3 and having an angle of 90 deg. with respect to a horizontal plane on the inflow side and constitute an angle of 30 deg. on the outflow side. Next the side facing the wall body of the main body 1 in the nozzle ring 15 rotating together with the mill tray 3 is limited by a diagonally extending plate material 21. The plate material 21 is projectingly provided to the top edges of the blades 20 and extends in compliance with the inclination at the outer edges of the blades 20.
