    • PURPOSE: To eliminate trouble and to enable the rapid transfer of pulverized material from an air box by forming an expulsion device of a rotating disk of a conical shape which is fixed to a pulverizing tray support and an arm which is fixed to the flank of the disc harge cylinder of a storage vessel. CONSTITUTION: The material arriving at the inside of an air box 8 by passing a nozzle ring 14 from a pulverizing chamber 13 receives the action of the centrifugal force generated by the inclination of the disk 17 of the conical shape and by accompanying the rotation, is glided diagonally downward. The material is then discharged from the disk 17 and is introduced into the discharge cylinder 20. The material arriving at the bottom of the air box 8 through the edge of the disk 17 is also captured by a blade 25 and is similarly transferred into the discharge cylinder 20. At this time, air for sealing is supplied into the space between the disk 17 and the bottom 10 and, therefore, the bottom 10 of the air box 8 is eventually protected by the disk 17 in such a manner that the air of a high temp. is not supplied.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce the number of exchangeable wear parts and to improve the dimensional accuracy of the blades of a nozzle ring by disposing the plural blades forming the nozzle ring along the outer peripheries of mill tray segments. CONSTITUTION: The blades 20 forming the nozzle ring 15 are arranged along the outer peripheries of the respective mill tray segments 7. The mill tray segments 7 and the blades 20 are made by casting from material having wear resistance. The blades 20 are curved in the rotating direction of a mill tray 3 and having an angle of 90 deg. with respect to a horizontal plane on the inflow side and constitute an angle of 30 deg. on the outflow side. Next the side facing the wall body of the main body 1 in the nozzle ring 15 rotating together with the mill tray 3 is limited by a diagonally extending plate material 21. The plate material 21 is projectingly provided to the top edges of the blades 20 and extends in compliance with the inclination at the outer edges of the blades 20.
