    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for delivering strained lees of food which can reliably deliver the strained lees of food into a conveyance pipe by means of compression air and does not cause back flow of the strained lees of food and air.SOLUTION: The device for delivering the strained lees of food includes: a hopper 14 into which the strained lees 12 of food is thrown; and an extrusion pipe 16 which is located such that a side surface opening part 16a is communicated with the lower end opening part 14a of the hopper 14. The device includes a delivery cylinder 18 in which the tip end side of the extrusion pipe 16 is inserted obliquely to an internal space and the tip end part 16b of the extrusion pipe 16 is opened. The device includes an opening and closing valve 28 which is disposed at the tip end part 16b of the extrusion pipe 16, opens the tip end opening part 16c of the extrusion pipe 16 in the direction where the strained lees 12 of food is extruded from the extrusion pipe 16, and closes the tip end opening part 16c in an opposite direction. Further, the device has an extrusion screw 26 which is inserted into the extrusion pipe 16 of the part communicating with the hopper 14 and a driving motor 22 which rotates the extrusion screw 26. Therein, a pipe through which compression air flows is connected to opening parts in the front and rear parts of the delivery cylinder 18.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and economical feeding device capable of continuously, securely and smoothly feed fed objects, setting the fed objects in predetermined packed states, shortening the length of packed portions, eliminating the possibility of clogging of the fed objects in a casing for conveyance and compression, smoothly delivering the fed objects, and finely unpacking the packed fed objects, having a simple structure and excellent durability, being easily handled, having excellent work efficiency, and suitable for mass production.
      SOLUTION: This feeding device is provided with a conveyance and compression mechanism B making fed objects packed at the tip side of the casing 10 for conveyance and compression, and delivering the packed fed objects; an opening/closing mechanism C for opening and closing part or all of a tip opening of the casing 10 for conveyance and compression; and a unpacking and air mixing mechanism D unpacking the fed objects in the packed state and feeding air for conveyance. The feeding air is moved in a conveyance cylinder 50 without passing through the packed fed objects so as to convey the unpacked fed objects.
