摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the terminal structure of a conductive fiber bundle capable of maintaining strength high during manufacturing process, reducing manufacturing time and expense in time and effort, and reducing cost. SOLUTION: By sandwiching and combining one end of a conductive fiber bundle 11, which is a bundled body of conductive continuous fibers, with two plastic plates 12, a plastic formed body including the conductive fiber bundle is created. A hole 14 intersecting the bundle of conductive fibers 11 is bored in the plastic formed body from the outside. The rivet 15 is inserted into and fixed to the hole 14 so that one part of a rivet 15 may be in contact and conduction with a part of the conductive fiber bundle exposed to the hole 14 and another part of the rivet 15 may be exposed to the outside of the plastic formed body, and the core 5 of a covered electrical wire 4 is connected to the rivet 15.

SOLUTION: A fiber base material is structured of a glass fiber mat arranged in the center layer of a thickness direction and an organic fiber layer with a low elasticity modulus arranged on both sides of the mat. The glass fiber mat to be used is a glass surface mat or the like with a volume content of about 0.4-1.0% in the sheet. The organic fiber layer with a low elasticity modulus to be arranged on both sides of the glass fiber mat in the center layer, is a polyester fiber or the like. The fiber-reinforced resin sheet is manufactured by a continuous panel lamination process. Thus the manufactured sheet is pliable and dimensionally stable under heating and further is impact-resistant, weatherable, electrically insulating and surface-decorative.

Furthermore, the continuous fiber bundle 2 is made the core material of a screw thread, and resin may be applied thereon by injection molding. Thereby lowering of strength by cutting work or the like is avoided, and the resin-made lock bolt with the male thread can be easily manufactured.
