摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical cable mounting tool that allows a cable to be mounted at low cost while a cable is fixed on the upper part in a tube so as not to impair the flow of a fluid, without machining the tube itself, and that is exchangeable, free from generation of local stress concentration, and simple in the structure. SOLUTION: The optical cable mounting tool 1 is provided with a circular-arc steel leaf spring 10 in which an optical cable is retained in the upper part and in which elasticity is imparted in the direction expanding outward; with a steel rack 11 which is riveted at both ends in two places in the upper part of the leaf spring 10 and which thereby suppresses deformation of the leaf spring 10 between the two places as well as forming a part for retaining the optical cable in the upper space; with a supporting projection 12 which is projectingly installed on both sides of the axial direction from the apex of the leaf spring 10 and which thereby prevents the leaf spring 10 from collapsing in the axial direction; and with an engaging hole 13 which is drilled at two left and right places of the leaf spring 10 in a fashion holding the center of the circular arc in-between. The jig 1, with the engaging hole 13 engaged with the catch of the mounting arm, is moved to the mounting place on the inner wall of a sewer pipe and, by releasing the engagement, the jig 1 is attached to the wall surface of the pipe line by means of the elasticity of the leaf spring 10.

Strain distribution is calculated, on the basis of the Brillouin scattering light for each of parts A, B, C and D of optical fibers forming the light guide passages 22, 23, 24 and 25, and the strain position and the shift direction of the strain measuring object 10 are measured from the strain distributions.

The backward scattered light returned in the optical fiber 33 is detected by a light detecting part, and the strain distribution of the measuring object part in the optical fiber 33 is calculated and outputted on the basis of this backward scattered light. Thus, a wettness of a wettness measuring part for arranging the measuring object part of the optical fiber 33 is measured from the outputted strain distribution.
