    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by reducing manpower work during a molding cycle while molding a precast concrete member in a small space. SOLUTION: A manufacturing device for a precast concrete member is provided with a surface plate 11 for executing molding work of a PCa panel 1, upper/lower frames 12 installed on the surface plate 11 almost in parallel, a pair of side frames 13 installed apart at an interval in a length direction of the upper/lower frames 12 almost in parallel, a lifting bar 14 hung over at least either of between the upper/lower frames 12 and between the side frames 13, a pair of coupling means 15 provided to the lifting bar 14 and between the upper/lower frames 12 or between the side frames 13 so as to vertically and relatively movably engage them with each other, and an elevating/lowering means 16 for elevating/lowering the upper/lower frames 12 or the side frames 13 via the lifting bar 14. Each coupling means 15 is provided with a cam mechanism 17 for moving the upper/lower frames 12 or the side frames 13 in a direction of bringing the upper/lower frames 12 or the side frames 13 close to each other or separating them from each other along with the vertical movement of the lifting bar 14.       SOLUTION: The waste disposal furnace 1 is provided with an airtightly closed vessel 2 charged with the waste; a gas discharge passage 4 provided on an upper part of the airtightly closed vessel and discharging the generated gas in the airtightly closed vessel; an air feeding passage 3 for feeding a slight amount of air into the airtightly closed vessel; and a pair of magnets 20 provided so as to clamp the air feeding passage and forming a magnetic field crossing the air feeding passage. A downstream side of the air feeding passage is connected to the airtightly closed vessel while branched in a vertical direction through a branch pipe 17 and the pair of magnets is arranged in an upstream side than a branched point of the branch pipe.
