    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for washing soil which reduces treatment cost when the soil washing is performed and alleviates the difficulty of treatment of contaminated water which is exhausted thereupon when the soil washing is performed.
      SOLUTION: Soil which is contaminated by a hardly water-soluble organic substance, washing water for washing soil and a nonionic interfacial active agent are charged into a mixer 4 and are mixed, the mixed liquid is stirred and, thereby, the soil is washed. Subsequently, the mixed liquid after washing is transferred into a bubble bath 6, is supplied with air bubbles and is separated to an oily material layer which includes the hardly water-soluble organic substance, a contaminated water layer and a soil layer and, from the respective layers, the oily material which includes the hardly water-insoluble organic substance, contaminated water and soil are respectively recovered. Then, a bivalent iron salt and/or trivalent iron salt as well as a polymer coagulant are added to the recovered contaminated water, are mixed and are transferred to a coagulating and settling tank 13. Further, in the coagulating and settling tank 13, the contaminated water is stirred, thereafter, is left standing, is separated to the concentrated contaminated soil and waste water, which are recovered respectively.

      SOLUTION: A clamping head 5 moves and when an arm is further advanced in the state of the front end contact surface of the contactor 53 in contact with the inside surface of a pipe, the holder 51 of the clamping head 5 advances along the guide part 521 of the rod 52. When the holder 51 advances, a ball 55 is guided by the groove cam 523 of the rod 52. While the rod 52 is turned, the rod is pressed by the elastic force of a compression spring 54 and is turned while the front end contact surface of the contactor 53 is strongly pressed to the inside surface of the pipe. The dust and coating adhered to the inside surface of the pipe are peeled and removed by plural rectangularly intersected grooves 531 disposed on the front end contact surface of the contactor 53, by which the front end contact surface of the contactor 53 is directly brought into contact with the pipe itself. The contactor 53 is so constituted that the contactor may be attached and detached to and from the rod 52. The application of the contactor to arbitrary pipes is thus possible.
