The branch pipes 51, 52 and 53 respectively have water wheels 61, 62 and 63. The water wheels 61, 62 and 63 respectively include: bladed wheels which are rotated by the fuel flowing therein; and confirmation windows which allow rotation of the bladed wheels to be externally confirmed.
