The at least one determined aerodynamic load is further used to balance the load on the aerofoil and/or to optimize the load on the aerofoil, and estimation of load distribution along the aerofoil can be performed to be used to derive other metrics as to the aerofoil and/or the at least one determined aerodynamic load is used in a decentralized control system so as to increase efficiency and/or to reduce damage to, for example, one or a plurality of wind turbines.
