    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for supplying high pressure oil for actuating an operation circuit such as a brake and a differential lock. SOLUTION: This invention relates to an open circuit hydraulic transmission device 10 having a two-position three-direction logical valve 22 for automatically compensating a pressure of the high pressure oil. The open circuit hydraulic transmission device comprises a pump 12 for supplying the high pressure oil of an oil pressure passage to the two-position three-direction logical valve 22 through a hole 20. The two-position three-direction logical valve 22 sends the high pressure oil to a pressure compensation remote relief valve 36 or stops the high pressure oil on the basis of a load detection signal.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a variable displacement inclined shaft type hydrostatic unit. SOLUTION: A hydrostatic module including a pair of shafts 25, 26 is supported to freely rotate on a frame 12, two yokes 14, 16 are pivoted thereon, and each yoke has a complementary surface for a second yoke and the frame so that the space occupied by the yokes is minimized. The yokes and the frame are provided with stopper means 50, 52, 54, 56 for limiting the pivotal motion of the yokes. A hydrostatic power unit is supported by the respective yokes, and the respective yokes are connected to one shaft. A control system 62 having a unit part control housing including a servo piston pivots the yokes. The servo piston determines the orientation of each yoke separately, and an integrated fluid control port plate is fixed in a control housing, thereby determining the route of a hydrostatic fluid to a number of positions in the control housing.
