      CONSTITUTION: When an operator makes a change over by stepping on a foot valve, compressed air from an external pilot supply port 25 is supplied to an external pilot port 21 to push a check valve body 20 against the force of a spring 22 to let the air flow into a pilot port 14 via a flow through port 23 to move a valve body 27 by a differential pressure against a spring 28 and the pressure from a supply port 23. Thus the compressed air is supplied from a flow out port 31 to an external stopper cylinder 41 to lower a piston rod 40 thereby simplifying the construction of a limit valve eliminating the need for electrical control.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate mounting and demounting of a shaft to and from the insertion hole of the grip in a grip-mounting method for a handle section, etc., of tooling, by closing the opening of the blind-hole like insertion hole of the grip by an end face of the mounting shaft, and supplying a compressed air into the insertion hole to enlarge the diameter of the insertion hole and mounting/demounting the mounting shaft. CONSTITUTION:A large-diameter portion end is forced into an end opening of a shaft insertion hole 5 of a grip 2 to close the end opening. On the other hand, a normally closed type three-port valve 10 is mounted in a strap attachment hole 6 of the grip 2, and a compressed air is supplied into the shaft insertion hole 6 of the grip 2. As a result, the pressure in the insertion hole 5 closed by the large-diameter end of the shaft 1 rises, so that the inner diameter of the insertion hole 5 is enlarged. Accordingly, the shaft 1 can be easily mounted to or demounted from the grip 2. The three-port valve 10 is constructed such that a main body 11 thereof is provided, at one end of its outer periphery, with an insertion portion 25 being fitted into the strap attachment hole 6, the insertion portion 25 being provided, at, its fore end, with an out port 26 communicated with a screw insertion hole 7 formed in the bottom wall of the strap attachment hole 6.

    • PURPOSE:To mark-press automatically and efficiently, by providing a driver for moving a support base which is movable leftward and rightward, and providing the support base with a tool head, a rotation driver and a hammer device for hammering a mark-pressing tool. CONSTITUTION:With a work W placed on the top surface of a work support table 1 a motor 12 is rotated, a tool head 11 is rotated, and when a mark- pressing tool 13 selected is stopped on the lower side of a hammer device 20, the device 20 is operated to strike the tool 13. When the work W is mark- pressed, the motor 8 is operatic to move a heat support plate 7 along a rail 6 by a predetermined pitch. When the plate 7 is stopped, the tool head 11 is rotated by operating the motor 12, and when a mark-pressing tool 13 selected is stopped on the lower side of the hammer device 20, the device 20 is operated to strike the tool 13. These operations are sequentially repeated, whereby desired mark-pressing is performed on the top surface of the work W. Accordingly, the work can be mark-pressed automatically and efficiently.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a hammer unit which is able to automatically punch a pin in an efficient manner. CONSTITUTION:A piston 7, a hammer 9 being hit by a forward movement of this piston 7 and two springs 8, 10 pressing the piston 7 to a cylinder 1 and the hammer 9 toward a rod cover 3 of the cylinder respectively are all built in an inner part of the cylinder 1. In addition, in this cylinder 1, there are provided a first small hole 18, which is closed by a backward movement of the piston 7, and a second small hole 21 being closed by a backward movement of the hammer 9, respectively. Then, an air charge hole 4 is formed in the head cover 2 of the cylinder 1. A directional control valve 27 is built in an air charging passage 26 connected to the air charge hole 4. In succession, the directional control valve 27 is automatically selected by a pressure variation in a pilot passage 25 being connected to both these small holes 18 and 21 and interconnected to the air charging passage 26, while the piston 7 is moved in both directions by dint of supply pressure of compressed air flowing into a piston rear chamber 20 from the air-charge hole 4 and resilience of the spring 8, thereby hitting the hammer 9 at the forward movement.

    • PURPOSE:To permit delayed operation of valve and obtain smooth switching of flow paths with a simple construction in which a pressure bearing piston is operated in a single action with the opening of a bypass path caused when the pilot signal pressure gradually accumulated in a tank reaches a predetermined pressure. CONSTITUTION:When compressed air is supplied from the first port 3, a piston 6 is raised by the aid of a spring 12, thus closing the first port 3 and causing an output port 2 to communicate with the second port 4. When a pneumatic signal pressure is then supplied from a pilot port 15, the pressure is gradually introduced through a throttle section 16 into a chamber 17. When a constant pressure is reached, the piston receiving the pressure through a hole 21 begins to descend to open a bypass 18, thus quickly building up the pressure in the chamber 17. As a result, the piston 6 is smoothly lowered to cause the first port 3 to communicate with the output port 2 and close the second port 4. When the signal pressure is removed, a check valve 20 is opened to quickly exhaust air through the path 19 and a bypass 18 so as to return the piston 6.
