摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure high reliability by sealing the conductive part of the backward loop of feedback from a current detector to a summing point hermetically without exposing to the outer atmosphere. SOLUTION: An encoder 2 is built in an AC servo motor 1 while combining a pole position sensor 2-1 and a rotational position sensor 2-2 for the rotor of the AC servo motor 1 compositely wherein a current control section 7 and a PWM control section 8 constitute a forward loop. A current detector 11 for the AC servo motor 1 detects a current from the lower arm of an inverter main circuit and delivers a signal to a current detecting circuit 10. It is negative fed back at a summing point 12-3 and a rearward current feedback loop is constituted. Signal conductive parts of the forward and rearward loops of a current feedback loop are enclosed so that they do not touch the outer air. Since short circuit with an adjacent lead terminal is eliminated, reliability can be enhanced.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable application of high switching frequency at a low cost by applying a high speed switching type to a drive signal in which a chopper signal is synthesized, and applying a low speed switching type to a drive signal in which the chopper signal is not synthesized, in a photocoupling element insulating the drive signal. SOLUTION: A drive signal circuit is provided with a microcomputer 1, high speed photocouplers 24-26, low speed photocouplers 27-29, etc. A power module 42 includes driver circuits 30-35 and IGBT's 36-41. Drive signals A , B , C have been already synthesized in a chopper signal, but may be synthesized by using a circuit outside the microcomputer. By making the chopper frequency higher than or equal to 5 kHz, the high speed photocouplers 24-26 are obtained. The driver circuits 30-35 are mounted in a power module, but photocouplers including driver circuits may be used, or driver circuits may be individually added.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce loss in an ordinary operating condition for cost reduction and higher efficiency, by supplying current to an electric field winding with a current circuit, and conducting and exciting reverse current with a current bypass circuit. SOLUTION: Three-phase frequency variable voltage is supplied to the armature winding 1a of a synchronous motor 1 from an inverter device 3, and variable DC current is supplied to an electric field winding 1b from an electric field controller 2. The inverter device 3 controls an output voltage value, frequency, and the output current value of the electric field controller 2 with a controller 4 according to load demand, and gives required rotational speed and torque to the synchronous motor 1. When large torque is required for the synchronous motor 1 as well as supply of stable electric field current to the electric field winding 1b, or when the torque is not required, electric field current is increased or decreased rapidly or electric field weakening control for constant output operation in the high-speed rotational range of the synchronous motor 1 is conducted in order to cancel armature reaction. In this electric field controller 2, a gate circuit 5 regulates the time for igniting thyristors 30-35 according to a command from the controller 4, thereby controlling output current.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a motor from being rotated almost with no load in three- phase motor drive circuit. SOLUTION: A power device FET is provided in each phase of a motor M on the high side and on the low side. These power devices are controlled by a high-side pre-driver circuit 2 and a low-side pre-driver circuit 3, respectively. Transistors Q5, Q6, Q7 that are turned on/off according to the input of drive signals are added to the high-side pre-driver 2. A supply voltage for the high-side pre-driver obtained by adding the output of a 12-V regulator 5 to the voltage of a battery BT, is applied to the gate of the power device FET 1 through series-connected resistors R1, R2 by turning on the transistor Q7. Current flowing to the signal line through Zener diodes ZD2, ZD3 for gate breakdown voltage protection through the other power devices that are turned on according to position signals, and a motor, is reduced by means of the resistors R1, R3 to a value equal to or below the motor current at no load. Motor rotation is thereby prevented.

A variable and voltage dividing resistors 13 and 14 which control the electric current flowing between the collector and emitter of the transistor 11 by controlling the base current of the transistor 11 are connected in series between both output terminals 9 and 10 and the connecting point of the resistors 13 and 14 are connected to the base of the transistor 11. Therefore, when the variable resistor 13 is changed, the applied voltage of a single-phase motor 8 also changes, since the collector current Il of the transistor 11 and, accordingly, the current Il of an AC-side circuit also change.
