    • PURPOSE:To improve the sealing performance in the fitting surface, in the retreading of a tubeless tire for a bus or the like, by forming a cut-out surface at the bead toe part, and by fitting a reinforcement, which is made of rubber and in which the ratio of the length between the inner end in the axial direction of the tire and the bead heel end to the length of the base surface before cut-out is specific, to the cut-out part. CONSTITUTION:In the base body 5 of a retreaded tire, a cut-out surface 4 is formed in the bead toe part 3, and thereto a rubber-made reinforcement 9 having an extended surface 7 continued to the base surface 6 of a bead part 2 is fitted. The distance l1 from the inner end 8 of the reinforcement 9 in the axial direction of the tire to the heel end 12 of the bead part is set to be greater than 1.0 time and less than 1.3 times the length l2 of the base surface 6 before cut- out. By this constitution, air leakage from the fitting parts can be prevented, enabling the retreading of the tubeless tire.

    • PURPOSE: To facilitate assembly by forming a contact surface on the side facing the beads of a rim horn so as to be inclined outwards by a prescribed angle to radial direction, thereby keeping seating pressure safety. CONSTITUTION: A contact surface 9 facing the beads 2 of a rim horn 3 is formed so as to be inclined by an angle α between 5 deg. and 50 deg. outwards to the radial direction 10. A rim seating surface 11 for the tire beads 2 following the rim horn 3 inwards in the axial direction is inclined in the same way, and is formed so as to have minimum diameter inward in the axial direction. The maximum diameter in the range of the rim seating surface 11 is positioned outward in the axial direction, and an inclination angle β to the axial direction is set between 10 deg. and 40 deg.. An accident traveling supporting surface 12 is formed outward in the radial direction from the rim seating surface 11, and in the central range of a rim 1, a drop base 13 is formed. It is thus possible to conduct assembly wish seating pressure safety kept.
