When the rotary blade is rotated by the rotary shaft, liquid in the cup is rotated and the liquid face has a rotating paraboloid shape by a centrifugal force. The rotating movement of the liquid is disrupted thereby to generate a relative rotating speed difference between a solid material rotating with the liquid and the rotary blade, so that the solid material is cut and crushed by the rotary blade.
