    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric cooker that is easily cleaned even if the container part of a cooking cup is made of glass.
      SOLUTION: The electric cooker includes: a body 1 that has a built-in energizing mechanism 3 for energizing a motor 2; a cooking cup 30 that is composed of a container 16, a handle 13, a container lid 14, a cutter base 12, and a container base 17 and that is placed on the body 1; a cup detection means 5 that is linked with the energizing mechanism 3 and detects the cooking cup 30; a waterproof sealing material 11 for sealing the container 16 and the cutter base 12; and a container lid detection means 15 that detects the container lid 14 covering the upper opening part 16e of the container 16 to transmit to the cup detection means 5. A container projected part 16a and a container recessed part 17a are provided corresponding to the container 16 and the container base 17 respectively, so that the container 16 is fitted to the container base 17 at an arbitrary position. Even if the container 16 is formed of glass or the like, the container 16 and the container lid detection means 15 are surely mounted on the prescribed position of the container base 17 easily at the time of disassembling and assembling of the cooking cup 30.

      SOLUTION: This juice producing apparatus employs a cap for covering a cup. A rotary shaft penetrates through the cap and a rotary blade at the end is disposed in the cup. The inner face of the cap is formed with a projection part. When the rotary blade is rotated by the rotary shaft, liquid in the cup is rotated and the liquid face has a rotating paraboloid shape by a centrifugal force. The liquid creeps up the inner wall of the cap, reaches the inner face of the cap and collides on the projection part. The rotating movement of the liquid is disrupted thereby to generate a relative rotating speed difference between a solid material rotating with the liquid and the rotary blade, so that the solid material is cut and crushed by the rotary blade.
