    • PURPOSE:To enable to realize stable machining with no machining failure at all times by a method wherein ultrasonic vibration is stopped when a machining hone travels through the predetermined distance since its abutment against workpieces and, after that, the machining hone is moved backwards. CONSTITUTION:A machining hone 10 is moved forward by means of a reciprocating driving means 7 toward workpieces 5 and 6. On the other hand, an abutment detecting means 12 detects that the hone 10 abuts against the workpiece 5 and 6. At the same time, a moved-distance detecting means 13 detects the moved-distance of the hone 10. A contrlling means causes to generate ultrasonic vibration in the hone 10 based upon the detection signal of the abutment detecting means 12 and at the same time judges based upon the amount detected by the moved-distance detecting means 13 that the hone 10 travels through the pre- set distance since the generation of the detection signal of the abutment detecting means 12 so as to control an ultrasonic vibration generating means 11 and the reciprocating driving means 7 in order to move the hone 10 backward.
    • 目的:为了能够在通过与工件抵接的情况下通过预定距离进行超声波振动而停止超声波振动的方法,始终不产生加工失败的情况下,实现不加工故障的稳定加工,之后,使加工磨机向后移动。 构成:通过往复运动驱动装置7朝向工件5和6向前移动加工磨机10.另一方面,邻接检测装置12检测到磨机10抵靠工件5和6.同时 移动距离检测装置13检测蜂鸣器10的移动距离。控制装置根据邻接检测装置12的检测信号,在磨牙10中产生超声波振动,同时根据 移动距离检测装置13检测到的量,由于产生了邻接检测装置12的检测信号,从而控制超声波振动发生装置11和往复驱动装置7 为了把磨机10倒下。
