摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing apparatus and a processing method for quickly and effectively processing a highly accurate article and at the same time performing correction of pressure differences and dimensional tolerances.
SOLUTION: In the processing method, workpieces 4 and 5 to be machined are fixed, and at least a part thereof is irradiated with laser light 2. In a first machining stage, a plurality of workpieces 4 and 5 to be machined are mounted on a lower pressurization plate 9 provided with mounting strip members 8 movable in a vertical direction. In a second machining stage, a laser light passing plate as an upper pressurization plate 3 is mounted on the workpiece 4 to be machined. Successively thereto, the workpieces 4 and 5 to be machined just in the process of the machining are selectively extended between the upper pressurization plate 3 and the mounting strip members 8, and are irradiated with the laser light 2. Further, the processing apparatus is provided with the lower pressurization plate 9 provided with the plurality of mounting strip members 8 individually arranged movably in a vertical direction.

SOLUTION: The welding machine 1 of the sealing sheet capable of welding the sealing sheet without interruption of the operation comprises a heater 5 arranged on a side of a car body 4 placed on a roll to heat the sealing sheet locally, a push roll 3 arranged on the car body 4 to joint the heated sealing sheet, and a drive shaft 8 connected to the push roll 3. A second push roll 13 as a preliminary roll is arranged on the car body 4 to give the drive shaft 8 a load. The second push roll can exchange for the first push roll 3 just jointing the sealing sheet without a tool, and is connectable to the drive shaft 8 of the welding machine 1. The push roll 3 has a rigid metallic material-made roll surface 18, and has a removing member 16 with an edge 17 in contact with or in the vicinity of the roll surface 18 to remove a substance adhered to the roll surface 18. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the welding of the contour of an article to be worked from a synthetic resin in a three-dimensional shape without the use of a special elastic-action mechanism. SOLUTION: In a method for joining the article to be worked, which is composed of the synthetic resin, an upper article facing the direction of a laser source is formed of a substance with the property of allowing the transmission of laser light 14, and a lower article is formed of a material with the property of absorbing the laser light 14, so that mutually restricted contact surfaces of the two articles can be melted and joined to each other when cooled in a pressurized state.
