    • PURPOSE:To prevent condensate liquid from overcooling to improve heating-vaporizing efficiency of intermediate thermal medium by heating and vaporizing liquefied natural gas with the intermediate thermal medium and providing filler at a contact portion between condensate liquid drops of the gas and a vaporizer. CONSTITUTION:Filler 5 is disposed in the center of a drum at the boundary between a carbureter 3 for LNG and a vaporizer 4 for liquefied propane gas outside pipe. Thus, LNG is introduced into the carbureter 3 to be heated and vaporized by PG outside pipe, introduced from a line 13 to the outside of the pipe of a heater 11, heated by seawater in the pipe and taken out of a line 14 to the outside of system. On the other hand, the seawater introduced from an end chamber 16 heats and vaporizes LPG in the pipe with the vaporizer 4, and is taken out of a line 17 to the outside of system. LPG condensated outside the pipe of the carbureter 3 is attached to the filler 5 as it drops and contacts PG ascending to have temperature for approximately saturating pressure in the drum. Thus the condensated LPG is prevented from overcooling to improve heating efficiency of a intermediate thermal medium.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the removal of impurities in LPG, mixed to regulate a calorific power, by a town gas manufacturing device when the town gas using LNG as row material is manufactured. SOLUTION: LNG is preheated by a pre-heater 13 to about -120 deg.C and LPG is mixed into the LNG in a mixer 14. The LNG is pre-heated to a temperature not lower than -120 deg.C whereby the mixed liquid is evaporated by introducing the same into an open rack type main evaporator 11 without generating any problem of the solidification of methanol in the LPG and the temperature of the same can be increased to -50 deg.C--20 deg.C. The mist of LPG is contained in the mixture gas and is collided against heat transfer tubes, baffle plates and the like, provided in a separator 15, whereby the impurities are adhered and agglomerated. LPG constituent is evaporated by a heat source such as sea water or the like and only impurities can be recovered from the lower part of a cylinder. The pre-heater 13 is heated by the mixture gas of the degree of -10 deg.C, which is obtained from the separator 15, while the mixture gas itself is heated to a normal temperature by a sub evaporator 12.
