摘要： PURPOSE:To predict variations of a cooling/heating load with high accuracy and ensure energy saving and labor saving of a regional cooling/heating apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A variation pattern of a load is measured over a plurality of days and is normalized. Based upon a weather forecast there are predicted day average air temperature Tav and day average absolute humidity Aav (a3), and are further predicted a day maximum load QP and a day minimum load (a4). Based upon normalized past variation patterns, and QP and QB, there is predicted a variation pattern of the load of the next day (a5) and hereby determined an operation plan of a cooling/heating apparatus for the next day.

CONSTITUTION:In the co-generation equipment as a customer equipment 8, various kinds of data showing the operation situation are collected. Data are sampled at every minute and are added up at every hour. Added up data are collected as daily report data for 24 hours once a day, and they are transmitted to a center-side system 2A. A light fault set point is provided and data for one hour is immediately transferred as abnormal data of a light fault when the fault occurs. When a serious fault by which the customer equipment 8 trips occurs, high speed sampling data provided for a different system is immediately transferred. A fault diagnosis system 3 which is online-connected with the center- side systems 2A and 2B by 'Ethernet' 4 loads an expert system, and remotely monitors/automatically diagnoses the customer equipment 8.

摘要： PURPOSE:To realize an efficient local cooling while power and energy are being saved by a method wherein an expected load value is obtained from an expected pattern value and an expected variation value, and if the expected load value thus obtained is larger than a freezing capacity of a freezer now in operation, another freezer is started additionally. CONSTITUTION:An environment variation input device 2 is inputted with temperature of water fed from a freezer, temperature of water returning to the freezer, flow amount of the respective water, atmospheric temperature, absolute humidity and the like and an output signal of the input device 2 is given to a load operation part 31 of a computer 3 with a measured value of cooling load. A load expectation part 33, based on a premade daily expectation pattern, obtains a read value of pattern and an expected value of pattern of cooling load. Further the load expectation part 33 obtains an expected variation value according to a relative expression which represents a variation of the measured pattern with respect to the daily expectation pattern. Then, if the expected value of load which is a sum of the expected value of pattern and the expected value of variation is larger than a capacity of a freezer now in operation, another freezer is started to operate additionally.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily perform detection over a wide range by detecting gas by using laser light. CONSTITUTION:The laser light 6 from a laser light source 5 passes through a half-mirror 7 and a lens 9 and then passes through a detection area A and is reflected by a reflecting mirror 2. The reflected laser light passes through the area A again and is incident on a photodetecting element 11 through a lens 10. Part of the laser light split by the half-mirror 7 is made incident on a 2nd photodetecting element 18. The wavelength of the laser light is set to wavelength with which the laser light is absorbed by gas to be detected. If the gas leaks and is present in the detection area A, the laser light is absorbed, so the output of the photodetecting element 1 decreases. The ration of the output of the photodetecting element 1 and the output of the photodetecting element 2 is compared with a set value to detect the presence of the gas in the area A.
